| With the implementation of the national strategy of "energy saving and emission reduction,sustainable development",the proportion of green buildings in the construction field has increased rapidly.Building energy saving,environmental protection and fire protection have become the key contents of architectural design and construction projects.The effective and reliable connection among external wall insulation materials,main structure,decorative materials and thermal insulation materials plays a key role in the quality of external walls,which has become a hot spot in the industry.To solve the relationship between the three,the new exterior wall materials have developed rapidly.As a thermal insulation material and the main structure,CL wall panel ensures the same life of insulation and wall,and has a good building energy saving,environmental protection and fire protection performance and has been rapidly promoted.Most of the literatures at home and abroad focus on the study of the mechanical properties,thermal properties of CL wallboard itself and its connection with the main structure.However,few literatures have studied the influence of the seismic performance of CL wallboard.The difference of the mechanical properties between CL wallboard and conventional filled wall leads to whether the influence of CL wallboard on the main structure can be carried out in accordance with the specifications.it is the main content of this study,The analysis of the mechanical properties of CL wallboard frame structure can provide some reference for the design and construction of CL wallboard.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The finite element software ABAQUS is used to establish the frame structure model of different wall materials and to carry out modal analysis.The results show that when aerated concrete block,solid clay brick and CL wallboard are used as filling walls,the natural vibration period ratio of the structure under the different filling rates is about Tpure frame: TCL wallboard: Taerated block: Tsolid brick = 1:0.73:0.64:0.58,compared with the conventional block infill wall,CL wallboard has less influence on the natural vibration period and stiffness of frame structure,which indicates that CL wallboard filled wall frame structure is more suitable for seismic design.Through modal analysis of the CL wallboard frame structure with different filling ratio and floor height,the results show that the basic period ratio of the CL wallboard frame structure to the pure frame structure is basically stable between 0.663 and 0.818.Compared with the period reduction coefficient(0.6-0.7)stipulated in the code,it has a certain safety reserve.In the design of CL wallboard frame structure,the period reduction coefficient can be selected according to the code.(2)El-Centro wave,Taft wave and Tangshan wave are selected as the actual recorded waves,using dynamic elastoplastic time history analysis method,the seismic performance of frame structures filled with CL wallboard,aerated concrete block and solid clay brick under frequent earthquakes and rare earthquakes is simulated and analyzed,the effects of different infill wall materials and different Layout of CL wallboard on the floor displacement,interlayer displacement angle and floor shear force of the structure are compared and analyzed.Furthermore,it shows that CL wallboard has better seismic performance than conventional block when it is used as frame filling wall.(3)The stress distribution and structural damage of the pure frame structure,the frame structure without CL wallboard at the bottom and the frame structure with weak layer under earthquake are compared and analyzed.The results show that the structural damage locations are different under different CL wallboard layouts.It occurs at the end of the beam,at the bottom of the floor,and at the end of the column.It is found that the stress concentration area is mainly in the connection part between the wall plate and columns and beams.It is found that the stress concentration area is mainly in the connection part between the wall plate and columns and beams.The reinforcement in this area should be strengthened in the design of CL wall,which provides a reference for the reasonable design of CL wall plate and has a certain practical engineering significance. |
