In order to achieve efficient utilization of demand-side resources,improve the absorption of distributed resources,and fully tap the response characteristics of response resources,resource aggregation technology came into being.Aggregation refers to the integration of a variety of characteristics-based assessment of demand side resources with single characteristics and low power into one or more aggregates with flexible scheduling methods and great potential to participate in system scheduling.However,the characteristics are uncertain in time series.So,the multi-scenario and multi-objective optimization aggregation of power grid demand-side resources is studied in this paper.Firstly,this paper establishes a evaluation system of demand side energy resources based on AHP,and evaluates the characteristics of the demand side resources from four aspects: DG daily characteristics,demand-side load daily characteristics,resource response characteristics and DSR resource utilization.Each characteristic selects specific evaluation indexs,the weight of each thinning index is determined by AHP.The weights and quantified values of each index are weighted and superimposed to get the comprehensive evaluation score of the demand-side resource characteristics.The example analysis shows that the evaluation method has good practicability and effectiveness.Then,based on the analysis of DSR characteristics the idea of constructing multi-scenarios quarterly by clustering is proposed.The clustering feature vectors are composed of the characteristic index values extracted in the previous paper.SOM neural network algorithm is used for clustering analysis and multi-scene construction.In the example analysis,four typical scenarios of 20 aggregated users in summer are obtained,which lays a foundation for demand side resource aggregation based on multi-scenario analysis in the following chapters.Finally,Based on the evaluation and analysis of DSR characteristics and the construction of multi-scenarios,a optimization aggregation model of DSRA is established.The improved bats algorithm based on preference degree is used to solve the model,and the optimal compromise solution is obtained.Finally,an example is given to verify the rationality and validity of the multi-objective and multi-scene aggregation model of DSRA,which provides a reference for the aggregation and efficient utilization of urban resources.
