As the social economy develops,the demand for energy is increasing,leading to environmental damage and energy shortage problems are becoming more serious,that’s why developing renewable energy sources such as solar and wind is urgently needed.However,renewable energy generation is highly intermittent and volatile,posing a major challenge to the frequency stability of the grid.As a low-emission and environmentally friendly means of transport,electric vehicles have received strong support from various countries.In addition to the expansion of electric vehicles,the technology of interaction between electric vehicles and the electricity grid has also attracted the attention of scientists.Electric vehicles have great frequency modulation potential as a high-capacity,fast-response demand-side resource,therefore research into the involvement of electric vehicles in grid frequency regulation is of great significance.Based on the above reasons,this paper proposes electric vehicle aggregation active participation in grid secondary frequency regulation strategy,the main innovative work is as follows:(1)For the frequency response characteristics of electric vehicles,a clustering method for the frequency response characteristics of electric vehicles based on an improved AP(Affinity propagation)clustering algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the factors influencing the frequency response characteristics of electric vehicles are analyzed;Then,an improved AP clustering algorithm based on the standard AP clustering algorithm is proposed;Finally,an analytical model for clustering electric vehicles is established,which can effectively aggregate electric vehicles with similar frequency response characteristics.(2)An electric vehicle clustering frequency response characteristics model based on mechanism data fusion is developed.Firstly,a frequency response characteristic model of electric vehicles is constructed from a mechanistic perspective;Then,to address the problem that the model parameters cannot be accurately calculated by physical and mathematical formulas,a data-driven approach is proposed to determine the model parameters and build the EV clustering response characteristics model;Finally,improved the limit learning machine algorithm,and used the algorithm determine the model parameters.(3)Based on the above model,a strategy for the aggregated participation of electric vehicles in the secondary frequency regulation of the grid is proposed.Firstly,the total AGC(Automatic Generation Control)frequency modulation signal received by the EV is adjusted by a filter;then predict the controllable capacity of the EV clusters;then predict the controllable capacity of the EV clusters;Finally,the allocation of AGC frequency modulation power is carried out according to the FM signal,the controllable capacity of the EV clusters and the frequency response characteristics model of the EV clusters.
