| As one of the most important components in the hydraulic system,the constant pressure variable piston pump provides a source of power for the hydraulic system.Since the output pressure of the constant pressure variable pump is kept constant,and the output flow of the variable pump is matched with the change of the load demand flow,the hydraulic system has no overflow loss and improves the system efficiency.In larger power hydraulic systems,constant pressure variable piston pumps have been widely used.In the process of developing variable pump related products in China,there are problems such as slow response of variable mechanism adjustment,low pressure control accuracy,and insufficient output pressure stability.In order to improve the characteristics of domestic variable pump related products,this article takes Rexroth A10 VO pressure control variable piston pump as the research object.Use theoretical analysis,mathematical modeling,simulation analysis and experimental research to study the characteristics of the constant pressure variable pump.This research mainly includes the following research contents:At first,introduced the research background and significance of the constant pressure variable piston pump.By reading a lot of domestic and foreign related materials and literature,analyzed the current research status of constant pressure variable plunger pumps at home and abroad.At the same time,the related research content is summarized,and the main research content and related research plan of this article are determined.Next,the working principle of the constant pressure variable piston pump is analyzed,on this basis,a dynamic mathematical model is established of the various components of the constant pressure variable piston pump,which provides a foundation for the construction of the simulation model.In order to improve the pressure output characteristics of the constant pressure variable pump,from the perspective of the pressure control valve,the pressure control valve port is designed and calculated.Through the analysis and calculation of the flow area of the typical variable area gradient valve port,the valve port form of the pressure control valve in this study is determined.And use CFD fluid simulation software to simulate and verify the flow area of the valve port,which provides a basis for subsequent modeling of the variable pump.According to the dynamic mathematical model of the variable pump obtained in the previous section,based on the MATLAB/Simulink platform,a simulation model of the complete constant pressure variable piston pump is built.And the simulation model is used to analyze the influence of the size of the orifice R1 and the stiffness of the pressure regulating spring on the dynamic characteristics of the variable pump.Based on the simulation model of the constant pressure variable pump,the effect of the area ratio of the variable cylinder and the reset cylinder on the dynamic characteristics of the variable pump is analyzed through simulation.At the same time,in order to avoid the swash plate from impacting even turning over during the adjustment from a large angle to a small angle,a hydraulic limit hole is set on the variable cylinder.And the influence of the size and position parameters of the hydraulic limit hole on the dynamic characteristics of the variable pump is analyzed by simulation.Finally,process the experimental prototype and carry out the characteristic test of the constant pressure variable piston pump,and the influence of the size of the orifice R1 and the stiffness of the pressure regulating spring on the dynamic characteristics of the variable pump is analyzed through the experiment,so as to verify the simulation results and provide an experimental basis for the optimization of the constant pressure variable pump. |
