Systematic Research On The Management Of Mianyang Airport Obstacle Free Space

Aerodrome Obstacle free space refer to environmental factor in the three major elements of "personnel-mechanics-environment",which is of great significance to ensure the safe and stable operation of airport.With the acceleration of urbanization,the contradiction between urban development and protection of aerodrome obstacle free space has become increasingly prominent,and the situation of aerodrome obstacle free space has been continuously damaged.Many insecurity incidents related to aerodrome obstacle free space have been reported.According to the requirements of the project,the thesis starts with systematic research on the management of Mianyang Airport obstacle free space from the aspects of digitization of obstacle management,obstacle measurement and evaluation,management mode,etc.Specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the management system of Mianyang Airport obstacle free space based on GIS is designed from the aspects of framework,function,interface and data.The thesis studies the calculation method of the restricted height of each obstacle restrictive surface.The system can carry out basic map functions,height auditing,obstacle encroaching evaluation,account management and other operations,and realize the digital management of Mianyang Airport obstacle free space.Secondly,the principle and reliability of forward intersection method and trigonometric elevation method are studied.Assistant tool for obstacles coordinates and elevation computation is developed.According to the measurement results of obstacles around Mianyang Airport,the encroaching evaluation of obstacles is realized by using the management system of Mianyang Airport obstacle free space.Then,influencing factors of obstacle free space are analyzed.The grade evaluation model and method of aerodrome obstacle free space are established.Considering the hazard proportion and the density of obstacles in Mianyang Airport obstacle free zone,the assessment of the grade of Mianyang Airport obstacle free space can be realized.Lastly,this thesis analyses the present situation of Mianyang Airport obstacle free space from six aspects: organizational structure and its responsibilities,data management,daily inspection,construction project approval,new obstacle disposal,mobile obstacle management and emergency disposal.Comparing the obstacle free space management mode of other airports,this thesis analyses the problems existing in the current management of Mianyang Airport,and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions.Through the research,it is helpful to improve the level of Mianyang Airport obstacle free space management,and also provide theoretical and technical reference for other airports in obstacle free space management.
