| As an important part of China’s urban system,mountainous city is characterized by complex topography and landforms,tight construction land,low road network density,and inter-group trips.Those characteristics usually lead to frequent traffic congestion.At present,research and practice at home and abroad have shown that the priority development of public transportation(especially rail transit)has a significant effect on mountainous cities to alleviate traffic congestion and to realize green traffic system.In recent years,although the level of public transport service in mountainous city in China is constantly improving,due to the low transfer efficiency and inconvenience between rail transit and ground transportation,the public transportation system has not fully exerted its effectiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to study the characteristics of transfer behavior between rail transit and ground public transportation in mountainous city,and establish a validated and effective analysis model to excavate the key factors that affect the transfer behavior.The above research will help to improve the transfer efficiency between rail transit and ground public transportation,increase the sharing rate of public transportation,and alleviate traffic congestion in mountainous city.First of all,based on the characteristics of road traffic and the composition of traffic modes in mountainous city,this paper studies the characteristics of the two modes of transportation separately,and emphatically analyzed the current situation and characteristics of the transfer behavior.Secondly,from the aspects of the traveler’s own attributes,travel characteristics,transfer characteristics,etc.,the related factors affecting the transfer behavior of the travellers in mountainous city are explored respectively.Especially in the travel characteristics and transfer characteristics,the influence of mountain height difference factors on the transfer distance,transfer time and transfer comfort between rail transit and ground public transportation is considered.Thirdly,using the combination of SP survey and RP survey,the questionnaire of the transfer behavior characteristics between rail transit and ground public transportation in mountainous city is designed.Based on the influence factors of the transfer behavior characteristics between rail transit and public bus,this paper constructs an analysis model based on BL theory and gives a theoretical method for model test.Finally,based on a field survey of the Si Gongli orbital station and surrounding bus stations in Chongqing,the application analysis of the transfer behavior characteristics between the Si Gongli orbital station and the surrounding bus stations is carried out by using the analysis model of transfer behavior characteristics between rail transit and ground public transportation in mountainous city based on BL theory.The results show that the model is validated and effective.This paper takes the transfer behavior characteristics between rail transit and ground public transportation in mountainous city as the research object.The survey and analysis model was built and validated.The accomplishments achieved by the research will contribute to the theories and methodologies of the urban public transportation system planning. |
