In recent years,the noise generated during the operation of power machinery on offshore platforms and ships,affecting people and marine life,have attracted more and more attention,and classification societies in various countries have put forward higher requirements for noise control of ships and offshore platforms.Aiming at the problem of noise control of offshore platforms,this paper takes a certain offshore drilling platform as the research object,and the main conenets of this paper are as follows:Based on the finite element method,the sound insulation performance of different sound insulation components is studied,and the influence of structural parameters on the sound insulation characteristics of sound insulation components is analyzed.The calculation model of sound insulation for small specimens is established,and the correctness of the model is verified.The sound insulation performance of single-layer composite plate structure and double-layer composite plate structure are analyzed,by using the calculation model.Aiming at the problem of poor sound insulation performance of traditional sound insulation components at low frequency,the local resonance structure is applied to the design of sound insulation components,and a local resonance composite plate is designed.At the same time,the effects of the thickness of cavity,the thickness of sound absorbing material and the mass of resonance unit on the sound insulation performance of sound insulation components are analyzed,and the influence of structure and material parameters on the sound insulation performance of components are revealed,which provides a basis for the design of sound insulation cover and cabin noise control.The design scheme of sound insulation cover is studied,and the sound insulation performance of different types of sound insulation cover is analyzed.Aiming at the problem of uneven distribution of sound field around the traditional sound insulation cover,a method of designing the panels of the sound insulation cover,according to the distribution of external sound field under the action of the single-layer plate type sound insulation cover is proposed,and the composite plate type sound insulation cover is established.On this basis,aiming at the problem of poor low frequency sound insulation performance of composite plate type sound insulation cover,a local resonance type sound insulation cover is designed.By comparing the sound insulation performance of the composite plate type sound insulation cover with that of the local resonance type sound insulation cover,the influence of the resonance unit on the sound insulation performance of the sound insulation cover is revealed.On the basis of studying the sound insulation performance of the fully enclosed sound insulation cover,the sound insulation performance of the sound insulation cover with intake and exhaust holes is analyzed,and its structure is optimized.The research on the design method and sound insulation performance of sound insulation cover,lays a foundation for the design of noise control scheme of platform power machinery cabin.The prediction model of cabin noise of full-frequency offshore platform is established,and the noise in power machinery cabins and its adjacent cabins of the offshore platform is predicted,the effective cabin noise control schemes are proposed.Based on the prediction of cabin noise in full frequency band,the contribution of noise in different frequency bands to cabin total sound level is analyzed.The noise of each cabin is evaluated,according to the CCS cabin noise specification.Based on the analysis of the main factors affecting the cabin noise,the noise control schemes of laying sound absorbing materials on the cabin wall of power machinery cabin,designing the cabin wall as a double-deck composite board structure and installing sound insulation cover for diesel generator set are proposed.Experiments were carried out to verify the sound insulation performance of the new composite plate type sound insulation cover.The average insertion loss of the traditional and new composite plate type sound insulation cover was measured by using white noise as the sound source.The average insertion loss was used as the evaluation index to compare the sound insulation performance of the two types of sound insulation cover.Taking Y132S1-2 air compressor as the object of sound insulation,the sound insulation performance of traditional and new composite plate type sound insulation cover under engineering application conditions was compared by measuring the average insertion loss at each measuring point around the sound insulation cover.
