Abstract/Summary:
The Cruise ship is a typical representative of advanced travelling or residential ship,which is the crystallization of technology and craftsmanship.In order to break the foreign technical barriers and achieve breakthroughs in high technology ships,it is the general trend to promote the localization of the cruise industry.The cruise cabin is the most important place for passengers to enjoy comfort.The noise and privacy of cabin are the most direct factors for passengers to feel physically and mentally.Therefore,to make accurate estimates of cabin noise,formulate a scientific noise reduction plan and propose a reasonable cabin privacy design suggestions during the design phase are necessary to improve the overall cabin comfort.As the supporting project "Research on the Key Technology of Design and Construction of Medium-sized Cruise Ships" is still in the design stage,there are no detailed structural drawings.In addition,the research method of cabin noise in this paper can be applied to other ships.Therefore,in this paper,an oil tanker is used as a research carrier to estimate the cabin noise of the whole ship;the low noise standard of cruise ships is used as the target,combined with damping noise reduction and sound absorption Carry out research on noise control schemes in technology,floating floors and periodic structures.In addition,based on the representative cruise cabin layout,combined with visual and auditory factors to evaluate cabin privacy,at the same time put forward cabin classification principles and cabin privacy comprehensive design recommendations.The main research work is as follows:(1)Establish a three-dimensional model of the whole ship and set up a detailed cabin interior plan.Based on statistical energy analysis,we predict the cabin noise of the entire ship,and compare it with the actual ship noise test results.The results show that the noise prediction results after the interior materials are set is in good agreement with the actual measured values,but there are still 10 cabins that do not meet the requirements of the IMO standard.(2)Analyze the main noise source of each cabin noise by the noise source contribution.After damping materials are added to the key nodes of noise transmission and the sound source cabin,the cabin noise beyond standard caused mainly by vibration energy,of which the low frequency noise in the cabin is effectively suppressed.For the noise-exceeding cabin mainly caused by air noise we adopted a double-layer soundabsorbing combination of mineral wool and plastic foam for noise reduction processing,and has achieved relatively good sound-absorbing effects in the mid-high frequency range.The sound absorbing material and damping material are combined with the perforated plate structure to form a composite sound absorbing structure,which improves the mid and low frequency noise reduction ability of the sound absorbing material.At the same time,the process was simulated in VAone software according to the sound insulation volume measurement method in the reverberation room,which proved that the structure has good sound insulation performance.(3)For cabins where the noise still does not meet the requirements,it has been known from the calculation of the input power of the cabin that the energy is mainly transferred from the floor to the cabin acoustic cavity.Therefore,a composite sandwichtype floating floor was designed and applied to the cabin to achieve good noise reduction at low and medium frequencies.The sound pressure level of single-person room after noise reduction is 54.5 d B,which meets the requirements of relevant standards.Aiming at the noise problem of air-conditioned rooms,the pipe vibration characteristics were analyzed and the periodic pipe sandwich structure was designed so that the frequency to be dropped fell within the band gap(210 Hz~580 Hz),and finally the purpose of noise reduction in the air-conditioned rooms was achieved.(4)Analyze the relationship between cabin layout and privacy,and then grasp the main factors affecting cabin privacy.Meanwhile,we evaluated the cabin privacy based on the indoor visibility of typical cabins,sound insulation of wall panels,and voice transmission index.Propose cabin privacy evaluation index to classify cabin privacy and drew a three-dimensional map of the cabin privacy level.Combined with the optimization of the external layout of the cabin,the design of the indoor field of view,the drainage of key node crowds,and the noise masking of the cabin,we made a comprehensive design recommendation for cabin privacy.
