Reserach On Top-Down Design Method Of Internal Combustion Engine Based On NX Secondary Development

Due to the acceleration of product iteration speed,products with high complexity and scale need more efficient and reliable design mode,especially for various complex parts in internal combustion engine.How to design these products quickly and effectively is of great significance.Aiming at the performance of internal combustion engine and the structural characteristics of main parts,this paper develops a top-down design platform for internal combustion engine,realizeing the rapid design of key parts of internal combustion engine and making up for the defects of slow design speed,repeated modification and insignificant performance design in the design process of internal combustion engine.Through analyzing the basic parameters of internal combustion engine,the top-down design flow of internal combustion engine is developed.The flow of system design and the flow of component design are designed,and the top-down design coding system of internal combustion engine is proposed.At the same time,the key technology of top-down design was studied.The top-down design method was defined.The basic model design criterion of topdown design was proposed,and the parametric model construction scheme was developed to meet the top-down design conditions of internal combustion engine.The top-down design platform development technology of internal combustion engine based on NX secondary development was proposed.The process of platform development and the technology of platform program development were designed.The platform interaction interface was developed using "block UI style editor".C++ is used as the development language and the platform dynamic library is developed on Visual Studio tools.ADO.Net as the data access technology and SQLServer as the information transfer and storage tools.Formed a complete set of internal combustion engine platform development technology system.The top down design platform development scheme of internal combustion engine is constructed.The platform development requirement are proposed,and the mode of platform development is designed.The platform interactive performance development is completed.The platform menu and platform interface are designed.The platform program development is completed,as well as the platform program and platform database are built.The top-down design platform development of internal combustion engine based on NX secondary development is completed.
