| With the spread of economic globalization,The world economy is increasingly connected the transportation industry,especially in which ocean shipping plays a pillar role.Therefore,ensuring the safety and rationality of ocean shipping has become an important issue,and meteorological navigation technology also came into being at the historic moment.Meteorological navigation is a comprehensive navigation technology in multiple subject areas,in which Meteorological alignment is an important work content.However,at this stage,the meteorological alignment work is not applicable and accurate for guiding the actual navigation of ships,and a more practical route planning method should be proposed for complex meteorological elements.For example,when sailing in a typhoon weather with complex meteorological conditions,the ship lacks accurate navigation planning during the use of meteorological navigation technology to avoid the typhoons,so that the safety of ship navigation is severely affected.Based on the above background,this paper carried out the research of fine ship track planning algorithm based on meteorological elements.Based on the research of route planning algorithm and the actual meteorological data and ship type performance parameters,this paper proposes the ship meteorological routing algorithm and local meteorological route optimization algorithm under the circumstance of avoiding typhoon,and analyzes and verifies the feasibility of the algorithm for the security and time-saving models.Firstly,based on the hybrid algorithm of genetic algorithm and RHC strategy,this paper proposes a meteorological alignment algorithm under the circumstance of avoiding typhoon.The algorithm can quickly and safely avoid the storm and wave warning zone affected by typhoon and the static obstacle area during the diversion process based on real-time weather forecast.The improved optimization process using adaptive genetic algorithm in the algorithm improves the algorithm settlement time and performance.At the same time,the algorithm uses the RHC strategy to adjust the route in time based on the forecast information,ensuring safety and timeliness.Secondly,This chapter proposes an environment modeling method based on meteorological elements and proposes a local weather route optimization algorithm based on dynamic programming model by analyzing the influence of wind,wave and current on ship stall.According to the algorithm,the route optimization based on the shortest time of the avoidance route makes the planned route more economical while ensuring safety.Finally,This paper simulates the algorithm by simulating the navigation process of container ships from the dock to another dock under actual typhoon meteorological conditions through MATLAB.Compared with the big circle route and the constant line,the route to avoid typhoon based on the improved genetic algorithm can safely avoid the level 8 wind wave area.After optimization of the local meteorological route algorithm based on the dynamic programming model,the ship sailing time is similar to the above two routes,which meet the required performance indicators and prove the validity and reliability of the proposed algorithm. |
