Star sensor is a kind of high accuracy attitude measuring control systen,it obtains the center position coordinates of disc of confusion on it's detector target plane of the fixed stars image,to determine satellite's attitude.With the constant improvement of the attitude control accuracy of the spacecraft,the indexes of star sensor optical system requirements are also increasingly stringent.And the precision adjustment and detection technology must be the key link in the development process of high precision star senor optical system.From the aspect of theory and practice,based on the characteristics of high precision star sensor optical system,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the alignment technology and detection method of a high-precision star sensitive system.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.1.This thesis introduce that working principle of star sensor system and its development at home and abroad,as well as the research and development status of optical system tuning and testing technology at home and abroad.2.According to introduces a type of high precision star sensor system,and analyzes the salient features of the star sensor optical system and the particularity of the aberration requirements.To analyze the reason why the traditional alignment process is not up to the requirements of the design,and by refining and quantifying a few key processes.3.In order to improve the assembly precision,has studied the fixed methods of optical lenses,the assembly stresses produced during the assembly process and the effects of the quality of the system imaging,and put forward the process engineering to effectively control and accurately measure assembly stress.4.The technology of centering and processing for star sensor single lens are put forward.Two key points that affect the accuracy of the process are analyzed.In the end,a new method is introduced which can achieve certain centering accuracy without centering process.That's self-centering.5.Measuring method and principle of the optical axis consistency of optical systems are proposed.Combined with the eccentric measurement directly measured by the eccentric instrument,the fine debugging priority of the system is determined.The fine tuning process of the optical axis consistency of the star sensor optical system is proposed.6.According to the evaluation standard of the imaging quality of star sensor system,by analyzing the formation principle of aberration of the system,such as diffusion spot,color deviation and distortion,the image quality test scheme suitable for star sensor system is put forward.
