Design And Development Of Experience Training Program For Lifting Machinery Operators

China's lifting machinery industry has been established and gradually developed from the 1950 s to the 1960 s,forming a wide range of product categories and a large enterprise group,serving the various sectors of the national economy.Although the lifting machinery industry has made great contributions to the development of China,due to its more and more frequent applications,the probability of casualties is increasing year by year.In recent years,the safety situation of China's lifting machinery industry is more severe.Not only the number of accidents is increasing,but also the casualties and property losses are serious.This paper analyzes the accidents from 2003 to 2017 and combines relevant theories.Summarizing human unsafe behavior is a key factor in the accident.And safety training is an effective means to solve the relevant factors of human unsafe behavior,such as enhancing safety knowledge,changing safety attitudes,helping people to master safe operation skills,thus effectively changing employees' safety habits and improving the safety production of enterprises.effectiveness.Because the current domestic crane safety training mode is relatively old-fashioned,most of them are simple lecturers and students face-to-face learning,and a little novelty is to organize trainees to watch case films and conduct emergency rescue drills.The traditional safety training mode relies more on the level of the lecturer,the teaching equipment exercise environment and other factors,and rarely has obvious effects.Therefore,this paper analyzes the causes of unsafe behavior by crane operators and targets common heavy fall accidents,lifting injuries(metal structure damage,collapse),mechanical damage(clamping and rolling),and personnel falls.The type of electric shock accident develops the experiential safety training mode according to the logic of before,during and after the event,and truly develops two experience items such as warning signs and helmets.It will lay a foundation for the subsequent improvement of experiential safety training in the lifting machinery industry.
