Safety training is an important part of the safety management, is one of the important measures to solve the unsafe ACTS. Analysis of a large number of accidents, it is not difficult to found that unsafe behavior is the main factor which causes accidents. Lack of safety consciousness and safety skills could lead to unsafe behaviors. Safety training is the key to solve these two problems as to reduce the possibility of security risk accident, ultimately to ensure safety in production.This paper, taking the subway construction process as the research object, the operator of the fully considering a line homework personnel culture degree, the risk characteristics of field operation and the characteristics of subway construction, based on safety psychology, will be in the process of subway construction safety knowledge through risk perception in the form of transfer to the trainees. Safety training, which is different from traditional new subway on-site staff training system is put forward,namely virtual scene safety training, accident type safety training experience. Through the system makes the experience of actual risk of front-line workers immediate harm,really realize the importance of safety and active safety skills, and improve the identification of risk identification and emergency disposal ability, is the escort subway construction safety in production.In this paper, the main work is as follows:(1) the importance of safety training in the security management process.(2) the defects of traditional safety training analysis in the process of subway construction.(3)In the process of subway construction,based on safety psychology, analysis of the operation personnel security requirements.(4)Starting from improve the safety of staff psychological quality, combining with the characteristics of workers and working environment, research the safety of the new training mode.(5) Put forward a new mode of safety training, namely virtual scene experiential training, experiential training accident.(6) Analysis of the advantage of the new type of safety training, and solve the problem.Finally, the full text of the work and the result has carried on the brief summary,and combining the research of this paper and the rapid development of subway construction, puts forward some problems to be further in-depth study.
