With the shortage of fossil energy and the intensification of environmental pollution,electric vehicles will become the main direction of the future development of the automotive industry.The motor drive system is one of the key technologies of electric vehicles,which determines the basic performance of electric vehicles.Switched reluctance motor is one of the most promising electric vehicle drive motors because of its simple structure,low cost,high efficiency of the whole system,many controllable parameters,small starting current and large starting torque.This paper is based on the design of the switched reluctance motor produced by the SRD laboratory to complete the controller design and some key algorithms.The traditional control strategy of switched reluctance motor has no obvious effect on the suppression of torque ripple.Therefore,from the perspective of suppressing torque ripple,the direct torque control scheme is determined,and the high-performance control requirements are realized through the research,improvement and improvement of related algorithms.Firstly,the structure,working principle and mathematical model of the switched reluctance motor are discussed in detail for the simulation research of the algorithm.Secondly,based on the basic composition and characteristics of the switched reluctance motor drive system,the performance and design cost are fully considered.The asymmetric half-bridge improved power conversion circuit completes the control of the four-phase switched reluctance motor.The direct torque control algorithm of four-phase 8/6-pole switched reluctance motor with rated power of 3kW and peak power of 7.5kW is verified by Matlab.Considering the integral saturation phenomenon in the actual speed control system,the PI speed control loop is adopted."Anti-saturation saturation" treatment,and verified its good dynamic performance and anti-interference ability.The system uses a32-bit low-cost ARM microcontroller STM32F051C8T6 to complete the four-phase switching reluctance direct torque control.The relevant circuit of the power converter is designed.The rationality of the system design is verified by experiments.
