Switched reluctance Motor(Switched Relutance Motor,SRM)rotor structure is simple,work independently,between each phase winding has a large starting torque,small startup current,strong ability to adapt work,as well as the advantages of low loss,has received the widespread attention in recent years.But because of the dual convexity and pulse power characteristics of the rotor,the switch magnetoresistor can produce a large torque ripple during operation.Moreover,in some industrial areas,there is a high demand for the efficiency of the system,while reducing the torque ripple effectively.In order to reduce torque pulsation and improve the efficiency of the system,this paper studies and realizes the direct instantaneous torque control system of switch magnetoresistor.First,the structure and operation principle of switched reluctance motor was analyzed,and the mathematical model of the switched reluctance motor and three kinds of basic control mode has made the introduction.On this basis,in this paper,the switched reluctance motor direct instantaneous Torque control method is studied,in order to improve the efficiency of the system,this paper design based on Torque distribution Function(the Torque Sharing Function,TSF)direct instantaneous Torque control method.For further improving the efficiency of the system,then improves the traditional methods of traditional presupposition of TSF USES a fixed shape TSF,design based on the fixed shape TSF direct instantaneous torque control method.Second,by the method of experimental measurement,experiment used three-phase 12/8 pole switch reluctance motor flux characteristics test experiment was carried out,according to the measurement of prototype of flux linkage and torque characteristic curve data,the prototype for the nonlinear modeling.Then,according to the prototype experiment data,set up in Matlab/Simulink simulation diagram of direct instantaneous torque control system and a variety of direct instantaneous torque control method for the simulation and comparison analysis.Finally,set up a 1.5 KW three-phase 12/8 pole switch reluctance motor control system experimental platform,design the hardware part of the system including the control circuit,IGBT driving circuit,power converter circuit,current voltage detection and protection circuit and the position detection circuit,etc.,and the software design process is given.Then the corresponding experiment was carried out to realize the control system.The control algorithm presented in this paper is compared and verified.It is proved that the improved direct instantaneous torque control algorithm can effectively improve the operating efficiency of the system.
