Switched Reluctance Generator(SRG)has simple and robust structure,many controllable parameters and can directly output direct current.These advantages make its application prospect in today's wind power market very optimistic.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a switched reluctance generator with high efficiency and high stability suitable for wind power system.This paper takes wind power generation system as the background,and takes switched reluctance generator as the research object.Aiming at the requirements of efficiency and stability of wind power system,the optimization design of modern motor is carried out from the perspective of electromagnetism and structure.And a 30 kw switched reluctance wind generator is designed,the rationality of the design scheme is verified by simulation.Firstly,the basic knowledge of switched reluctance generator is described,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the research of this subject.Secondly,based on the modern motor design theory,through the relevant calculation and combined with empirical data,analog thinking,the size of the motor is preliminarily calculated.And the parameter optimization and finite element simulation analysis of the designed motor are carried out using RMxprt and Maxwell modules in ANSYS software.Thirdly,the structure of the designed motor is analyzed using ANSYS Workbench platform,the natural frequency and vibration modes of the motor stator are obtained,the vibration characteristics are analyzed,and the corresponding natural frequency value when the resonance shape variable is the largest is obtained,which provides a basis for further optimization of the motor structure in the future.In addition,some control strategy can be selected accordingly to suppress resonance and make the motor performance better.So that it can be more stable in the wind power system.Finally,the Maxwell&Simplorer joint simulation analysis is used for further verification of the performance of the SRG power generation.Matlab/Simulink software is used to build the whole switched reluctance wind power generation system model,and the simulation is carried out to verify the feasibility and practicability of the SRG designed in this paper for the wind power generation system.
