| As an important index of automobile quality control,BSR control is becoming more and more important in the development of automobile with the increasing demand for automobile quality.However,at present,there are more or less BSR problems in major brands of automobiles,and BSR problems rank first and second in IQS quality complaints.Therefore,the research on BSR control technology is an important way to improve the quality of automobiles.I need to work.Although the major automobile manufacturers are aware of the importance of BSR control for products,at the present stage,the automobile manufacturers have not formed a unified,mature and effective BSR control process and BSR control method.This paper will study the mechanism of BSR,establish a complete BSR control process,establish BSR simulation analysis method to realize the early prediction of BSR risk,improve the subjective evaluation method of BSR,establish BSR bench test method through the study of road simulation technology,and systematically study and analyze the identification and control of BSR problems through BSR cases.Firstly,the mechanism of abnormal sound is studied and analyzed.Three abnormal sound problems,Buzz,Squeak and Rattle,are introduced in detail from the mechanism of sound production.Then,the characteristics of abnormal sound are analyzed and introduced from the source of excitation and the characteristics of noise signal.The mechanism of abnormal sound is systematically expounded.The common BSR problems are summarized,and the parts with high BSR are systematically summarized,which provides a theoretical basis for the risk identification and control of BSR.As an important tool for vehicle pre-development,CAE simulation analysis is also a very necessary means for BSR risk identification and pre-parameter control.Aiming at the lack of a mature CAE BSR control model,this paper establishes a finite element vehicle model through the commonly used finite element software Altair Hpermesh,then uses MSC Nastron to calculate the low-order modes,uses Siemens Virtual Lab to calculate the frequency response,and analyses the region with relatively large amplitude under road spectrum excitation to identify BSR risk points.A simple and feasible abnormal sound CAE simulation model is established through research.This paper systematically studies the subjective evaluation method of abnormal sound,and establishes a complete subjective evaluation process and a subjective evaluation scoring mechanism.The road simulation iteration technology is deeply studied and analyzed.Based on the road simulation iteration technology,the vehicle BSR and assembly BSR test bench are built to realize the reproduction of BSR problem in the laboratory.The objective test index of BSR problem is briefly introduced,and the test method of vehicle and assembly BSR bench is established,which provides convenience for the analysis and solution of BSR problem.Finally,three cases of seat belt abnormal sound,shock absorber abnormal sound and sheet metal abnormal sound are analyzed in detail.The causes of abnormal sound are identified and analyzed by modal analysis,spectrum analysis and response analysis,and the solutions are formulated for test verification. |
