In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards,China's automobile ownership has shown a rapid growth trend,and the performance testing of automobiles has become more and more important.The brake timing of the car is very important in the various inspection items of the car.However,due to the lack of accurate and easy-to-use car brake timing detection instruments,the detection of the brake timing of the car has not yet been included in the routine inspection project;therefore,the development of related products is It is especially important.The brake slip ratio is a core parameter in the detection of vehicle braking timing based on machine vision.In this paper,the method of rapid identification of braking slip rate for vehicle braking timing detection is studied,and the key detection steps in the process of detecting vehicle braking timing based on machine vision are completed.During the braking process,the braking sequence of each axis has a great influence on the braking performance of the car.At present,the instruments that can detect the braking sequence of automobiles in China are very limited.The method of detecting the braking sequence of the automobile in the industry is mostly to install sensors in the automobile body,and to detect by collecting the speed or braking response time of the automobile.The detection process of this method is complicated and the precision is not high.At the same time,in the process of detection,the sensor needs to be continuously disassembled and installed,which seriously affects the service life of the sensor and the convenience of detection.In general,in the automotive inspection industry,there is no case of detecting the brake timing of a vehicle based on the method of machine vision recognition of the vehicle brake slip rate.Based on GB18565-2016 "Comprehensive performance requirements and detection methods for road transport vehicles",the ratio of braking force to static axle load,that is,the braking force coefficient reaches 5%,is used as the time to generate the braking action to evaluate the braking timing of the vehicle.It is stipulated that through the research results of domestic and international automobile braking timing and the research and analysis of machine vision technology,a rapid identification method of braking slip rate for vehicle braking timing detection is proposed.At the same time,based on the theory of machine vision,image processing technology and camera calibration technology,this paper designs a computer image processing program suitable for the application scenario.The image information of the detected vehicle is collected by an industrial camera,and various processing is performed on the image sample to extract feature information in the sample,thereby calculating a brake slip ratio of the detected automobile.This paper adopts the non-contact identification method,which has low recognition system cost,low requirements on site,strong adaptability,fast recognition speed and high precision.At the same time,it also meets the requirements of most automobile testing enterprises.In addition,this paper uses machine vision technology to detect non-appearance parameters of automobiles,and it can also be a good inspiration for other inspection projects in the field of automobile inspection.
