Compared with public bicycles,shared bicycle rental is more flexible and has higher distribution density.It is a low-carbon,environmentally friendly and economical slow-moving transportation mode.Shared bicycles have become an inseparable part of the city's chronic transportation system.However,due to the increase in the amount of distribution and the imbalance of residents' travel,the sharing of bicycles has caused problems such as “borrowing the car”,and excessive scheduling costs of the enterprise.Especially during the peak hours of urban travel,due to the tide of public transport passenger flow,the imbalance of regional distribution has been aggravated,resulting in a low rate of shared bicycle borrowing,which directly affects the operating income of enterprises.Therefore,research on the issue of shared bicycle scheduling is very necessary.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The processing and analysis of shared bicycle order data is carried out.Through the visualization and quantitative analysis of the order data,the spatial distribution characteristics of shared bicycles are revealed,and the importance of shared bicycle scheduling is confirmed.The method of calculating the sharing amount of bicycles is proposed,which fits the law of public transportation passenger flow and provides new ideas for enterprise scheduling task design.(2)A multi-level scheduling area partitioning model is constructed.In the usual clustering model,the self-balancing correlation factor is introduced to reduce the interval scheduling and alleviate the enterprise inventory pressure.Based on this,the algorithm of region division is designed.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by an example.(3)Aiming at the limitations of the existing bicycle scheduling model hypothesis,this paper proposes a transport maximization strategy in the shared economy mode.Based on the detailed analysis of the shared bicycle scheduling cost and related parameters,the shared bicycle scheduling model was established with the minimum cost and the highest delivery rate,and the improved genetic algorithm was used to verify the validity of the model.
