Study On Quality Management Of Landscape Greening Management Project In Yiliang County Based On Ka No Model

The urban landscaping project is closely related to our living environment and has been paid more and more attention by the local government.However,the situation of"rebuilding and lightly managing"in the landscaping industry is still quite obvious.The greening maintenance project in the urban area of Yiliang County,Kunming has been outsourcing the"Government Purchase Service" model for one year.Research on project quality management can help them understand the status quo and identify various factors that affect the quality of the project,so as to obtain improved strategies,which have practical significance.In this paper,on the basis of combing the theory of total quality management and new public management,using literature analysis method and field research method,the factors that may affect the quality of landscaping custody project,the importance of each factor and the satisfaction degree are analyzed respectively.What is the impact of quality,and the traditional Carnot model has been adjusted,and the Kano model used in this research institute has been constructed.It is used in the landscaping industry workers in Yiliang County and the ordinary residents living in the area.In the group,the satisfaction evaluation of the landscaping maintenance quality of the county was carried out.The analysis shows that among the custody projects studied,the factors such as the project funding guarantee and the government’s attention are of course quality,and the factors such as the pest control and the technical level of the green maintenance personnel belong to the expected quality,the scope of conservation,and the types of supplementary plants.Choose the conclusion that belongs to the quality of the charm.Furthermore,this conclusion is combined with the field investigation to find out that there is no guarantee fund in the implementation of the garden greening management project in Yiliang County,the government pays less attention to the landscaping,and the professional of the local landscaping maintenance industry workers.The level and quantity need to be improved,propaganda and law enforcement are not in place.After comprehensive consideration,according to a certain priority order,according to the quality improvement of the project,a team that strengthens the capital investment,the government attaches importance to the green maintenance,improves the maintenance system of urban landscaping maintenance,and strengthens the green maintenance personnel.Construction,scientific planning and layout will give full play to the effects of greening landscapes and other improvements.
