| Since the beginning of the new century,China’s urbanization level has rapidly increased, with the urbanization rate rising from 36.22% in the early 2000 s to over60% today. At the same time, the environmental awareness and demands for ecological environment of the people have gradually increased.Correspondingly, the proportion of urban parks and green spaces has increased only slightly. Therefore, the importance of improving the engineering quality of landscaping projects and improving the living environment of urban residents is becoming increasingly prominent.Landscaping projects are comprehensive projects with high specialization, large investment, and long construction periods.Improper management and control of any process during its execution can greatly affect the quality of the completed project.Traditional landscaping project quality management mostly involves post-management.When quality problems occur, control measures are sought for correction. This control method cannot ensure control effectiveness, resulting in some prominent quality issues in landscaping projects, restricting the healthy development of China’s landscaping industry to a certain extent. Therefore,in order to achieve good quality results throughout the entire process of landscaping projects,it is necessary to study and analyze the factors that affect the quality of landscaping projects based on the theory of whole-process management, while familiarizing oneself with the characteristics of landscaping engineering quality. The quality control points of landscaping projects should be mastered, and the quality management and control of each link and factor should be systematically strengthened to provide theoretical support for the control of real landscaping projects and effectively improve the quality control level of China’s landscaping projects. This article systematically analyzes the relevant research on domestic and foreign engineering quality management and quality management evaluation, summarizes and sorts out the concepts and theories related to landscaping projects,whole-process quality management, and other related fields.Based on the characteristics of landscaping project quality management, the quality control of the project is divided into the preparation stage before construction, the project implementation stage, and the maintenance stage after completion from the perspective of the entire project construction process.By comprehensively using methods such as literature analysis, case studies, and expert interviews, this article analyzes the factors that affect landscaping project quality management and summarizes 34 quality impact factors. Then, based on the obtained 34 quality impact factors,a preliminary evaluation index system for the impact factors of landscaping project quality management is constructed.Through questionnaire surveys, the formal evaluation index system for quality management impact factors is optimized. The entropy-weighted TOPSIS method is used for comprehensive analysis, first determining the indicator weights using the entropy weighting method and then processing and ranking the results obtained through the TOPSIS method. Finally, the Jiangsu Garden Expo Park landscape greening project is used in a case study.Based on the previously determined evaluation index system,a survey questionnaire is designed and distributed to the project participants to obtain the required scoring data.Using the entropy weighting method, the weights of each respondent are determined. The TOPSIS method is employed to rank the quality management impact factors during the construction period, the middle of construction, and after construction.According to the obtained ranking, targeted and operable control measures are formulated for the top three quality management impact factors in each stage, with the aim of improving the management efficiency and completion quality of China’s landscaping projects. |
