Baffle Rod heat exchanger is a new type heat exchanger developed to solve the problem that large flow heat exchanger occupies too large area and vibration causes heat exchanger damage.In recent years,it has been widely used for heat transfer of seawater and closed water in the fields of thermal power,nuclear power and oceanfront chemical enterprises.This topic for the original square rod baffle heat exchanger tube existing insufficiency,article bundle entrance and baffle rod vibration problem of the unreasonable structure,to solve the vibration caused by imported fluid transverse impact heat exchange tube,and intense baffle rod wear caused by heat exchange tube is broken,and to improve the large rod baffle heat exchanger and the practical application on the basis of studying the experimental verification,form is more better than now passbook flow heat exchanger structure design idea,used in industrial field actual operation.The design of the tube arrangement of the heat exchanger tube bundle of the baffle heat exchanger is improved.The design of the baffle rod in the baffle ring was improved.The flat steel bar was used to replace the round steel,so that the contact mode between the heat exchange tube and the baffle rod was changed from point contact to line contact,which reduced the hard wear of the baffle rod on the heat exchange tube,and increased the deflection of the baffle rod,which played a very good buffer effect on the vibration of the whole tube bundle.The design and calculation of baffle plate of baffle rod heat exchanger were improved,and the baffle plate was replaced by the baffle tube to avoid the severe vibration of baffle rod heat exchanger caused by the scour of transverse flow.Numerical simulation of baffle rod heat exchanger was carried out by CFD(computational fluid dynamics)method,the influence of two kinds of tube layout on heat transfer was calculated,the rationality of the structure was further verified,the triangular tube layout was proved to have advantages over the traditional square tube layout in improving heat transfer capacity,and the structure of the designed heat exchanger was improved.Conclusions according to the improved design and numerical simulation,structures,experimental platform,the pragmatic analysis of on-site operation,compared to two kind of rod baffle heat exchanger heat transfer ability,draw a triangle cloth tube structure heat exchanger in actual industrial of significantly superior to the square,and triangle cloth tube heat exchanger equipment volume is much smaller than the square tube,has a clear economic cost advantage;The flat bar baffle rod is better than the round steel,which avoids the hard wear of heat exchange tube and plays a better role in preventing vibration and buffering.The optimized design of the diversion tube makes the heat exchanger avoid the transverse erosion of high-speed imported fluid,and plays a good role in protecting the heat exchanger.After the fluid enters the heat exchanger,it is all longitudinal flow,making the heat exchanger fully contact with the shell side medium and enhancing the heat transfer effect.
