Vehicle driving robot refers to a robot that can imitate the operation method of human drivers and automatically control the vehicle.It can be conveniently and quickly installed on the vehicle and control the intelligent driving of the vehicle without affecting the internal agreement of the vehicle.The research of vehicle driving robot is the only way to develop vehicle intelligence,which plays an important role in the practical application test of vehicles.Therefore,the development of vehicle driving robots in this topic has important practical significance.This subject is based on the research and development background of the major science and technology platform project "Vehicle driving robot" of Liaoning education department(NO.JP2016002).Based on the research results of vehicle driving robots at home and abroad,the following research work has been carried out.(1)This topic has designed the overall scheme of the vehicle driving robot,including the actuator,control system and environment perception,and detailed description of the corresponding functions.(2)According to the functional requirements of the four parts of the shifting,throttle,braking and steering in the actuator part,the actuator is designed specifically,the CATIA three-dimensional assembly drawing is established,and then the ADAMS is used to control the established three-dimensional model.Simulation,through the motion simulation to verify that the actuator designed by this subject meets the requirements of imitating people driving a car.(3)Completely designed the control system of the whole vehicle driving robot,including the power supply module of the embedded control board,the conversion module between the serial communication of the servo motor and the CAN communication of the upper computer,and the communication part,etc.using the PC As the upper computer of the control system,the control software is written in the upper computer through the LabVIEW software,and the upper computer sends the command to adopt the control mode of calling the dll library interface,and the human-computer interaction interface is established and optimized according to the detailed content of the designed control panel.The control system is capable of accurately controlling the actuator to perform the intended operation in accordance with the operator's instructions.(4)The designed vehicle driving robot is installed on the ADAS driving experiment platform for testing,and the control command is sent to the actuator through the upper computer control software,and the driving motor of the actuator can operate according to the instruction.According to the verification of the experiment table,the vehicle driver in this paper has the characteristics of high control precision,long endurance time,fast execution,high repetition precision,compact structure and easy maintenance,which can replace the driver to control the vehicle.In addition,the vehicle driver robot described in this paper has complete independent intellectual property rights,which is of great significance for improving the vehicle experimental technology in China,and has significant economic value and wide social benefits for improving the design and manufacturing level of complete vehicles and parts in China's automobile industry and promoting the rapid development of intelligent vehicles in China.
