As an important part of power transmission and transformation,substation plays an important role in the power grid which mainly plays the role of converging electric energy,distributing electric energy and voltage conversion.The Waka station is located in a high altitude area of Tibet where the power network is very weak.In order to provide reference for the design and construction of high-altitude substation in the State Grid,this paper satisfies the construction requirements of substation on the technical through reactive power analysis,electromagnetic transient analysis and harmonic analysis by taking the primary system design of Waka substation as an example.This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of the research,analyzes the current research status of substation at home and abroad,and the current status of the power grid and the site conditions of the Waka substation in the Tibet area on the basis of summarizing its development results,at the same time,proposes the necessity of substation construction.Secondly,the outlet form of the main wiring is obtained through the comparative study.In order to reduce the damage caused by various faults to the system,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the substation,the selection of equipment,wire and outdoor structure is completed through the short-circuit current calculation,corona calculation,wind bias calculation and grounding calculation.And then optimize the reactive power of the power system.The dynamic reactive power scheme is determined as the optimal solution,and the preliminary check of the dynamic reactive power parameters is completed by comparing the voltage fluctuations after operation of the conventional reactive power configuration scheme and the dynamic reactive power scheme.Then,this paper do the electromagnetic transient analysis of the power frequency over-voltage,submerged current,recovery voltage,power frequency resonant over-voltage,high-resistance neutral resistance and over-voltage of the power system,and draw the conclusion that the electromagnetic transient of the substation meets the standard and make some suggestions.Next,this paper analyze the rationality of the harmonic overvoltage of the whole power supply project,and obtain the conclusion that the engineering harmonic overvoltage meets the requirements through the chart data.The feasibility of substation construction is obtained through the above analysis.Finally,this paper summarize the design of the entire substation,and propose the use of new technologies,then prospect the development and prospects of the future substation.
