Wind deflection flashover caused by extreme weather conditions will lead to wind deflection discharge,trip and other accidents.More import thing is that the reclosing success rate is very small,seriously affecting people's normal life,therefore it is of great significance to study wind deflection of transmission lines.This topic takes the wind bias detection system based on video surveillance as the research object,and treats the calculated wind skew of the insulator string as s target,in-depth research on the preprocessing of video image.the image edge detection,wind offset calculation of insulator strings,hardware circuit construction,and intelligent video surveillance system design.The specific work and conclusions are as follows:Median filtering denoising method is presented in this paper to solve the camera image noise problems in wind deflection detection system scheme based on video monitoring.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the histogram equalization to fog,Retinex fog and dark passage fog method under the haze weather,the dark passage fog method is used the images fog processing in this paper.The experiment result shows that the algorithm has least required time,the largest average gradient,and the best results.In terms of image edge detection,the image appears discontinuities and the low processing speed by using the commonly used first-order,second-order,canny edge detection methods and basic ant colony algorithm.Therefore an ant colony edge detection algorithm with perceptual ability and variable step size is proposed.A large number of simulation experiments were carried out on the image of insulator strings with different pixel size,different antcolony numbers and different backgrounds.The results display that the algorithm can remove the false edges well,and the extracted edge points are continuous.In addition the edge detection speed is improved.Aiming at the error problem of wind bias in the traditional wind deviation detection method,a calculation method of wind deviationdetection based on the upper and lower coordinates of the insulator string is studied..This method extracts the edge of insulator string and determines the upper and lower endpoints,and obtain the wind deflection amount and the wind deflection detection.In this method algorithm is and simple is accurate.Finally,the hardware platform of the system is built and the design of the intelligent monitoring system is completed.The hardware system is constructed by using the ZYNQ-7010 FPGA development board and video camera.If worth mention that the ZYNQ-7010 is the core board for image processing,which is the responsible for edge detection and processing of the acquired images.Meanwhile,the design of transmission line monitoring system mainly including login interface,system display main interface,login main interface and background analysis interface is proposed.
