Permanent magnet synchronous motors are widely used in various applications due to their high efficiency,reliable operation and easy maintenance.Vector control is a commonly used control method for permanent magnet synchronous motors.With the development of technology,the traditional dual PI closed-loop control can not meet the requirements of high-performance occasions.In order to improve the control performance of the entire system,the control of the current loop and the speed loop is particularly important.Deadbeat predictive control is a control algorithm developed from industrial applications that eliminates the two-beat delay inherent in digital control.Based on the vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor,it is used in current loop control.Compared with the traditional vector control simulation results,the deadbeat prediction significantly improves the response performance of the system.However,there are still problems such as sensitivity to model parameters and poor immunity,and these shortcomings are addressed:Based on the advantage of strong fractional-order integral immunity,a method of controlling the speed loop with fractional integral on the basis of deadbeat-free prediction is proposed.Firstly,the model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is derived.Then,the transfer function of the current controller is derived on the deadbeat prediction model,and the transfer function of the controlled object of the speed loop is obtained.Then the speed is obtained according to the design criteria of the fractional integral controller.The loop open loop transfer function obtains the parameters of the fractional order PI controller.Finally,the simulation is carried out on the Matlab/Simulink platform.Compared with the method using only the deadbeat predictive control,the proposed control method has greatly improved the speed following,the gain disturbance and the load disturbance robustness.The effectiveness of the proposed method.Considering that the fuzzy PI control has strong anti-interference and nonlinearity,a method of controlling the velocity loop by using fuzzy PI based on the deadbeat-free prediction model is proposed.Firstly,the domain of the input and output variables is set according to the actual model,then the input is fuzzified,and then the corresponding fuzzy PI controller is designed based on the expert experience and the actual model.Finally,the proposed method is adopted by Matlab/Simulink platform.The control method is simulated and compared with the control effect of the deadbeat predictive control.The results show that the proposed method is superior in the case of load disturbance and parameter misalignment,which proves its feasibility and effectiveness.The expected results were achieved.
