Abstract/Summary:
Permanent magnet synchronous motor has the advantages of fast dynamic response,high steadystate accuracy,wide speed regulation range,etc.It has been widely used in aerospace,automotive electronics,industrial assembly lines and other occasions.In the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system,the current loop as the innermost loop,its performance will directly determine the upper limit of the performance of the motor control system.Current predictive control,as a new type of current loop control strategy,researches the motor control system based on current predictive control to improve the performance of the current loop,thereby improving the performance of the motor control system and widening the application range of the system.First,this paper analyzes the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the three-phase stationary coordinate system,and then obtains its mathematical model in the two-phase rotating coordinate system through coordinate transformation to realize the decoupling of the torque and the control amount of the magnetic flux linkage.Using the first-order Taylor formula,the voltage equation of the motor is discretized in the d-q coordinate system,and the governing equation of the current predictive control is obtained.Secondly,according to the stability theory of discrete systems,the steady-state performance and dynamic performance of the deadbeat current control are studied and analyzed,and the allowable fluctuation range of the inductance parameters in the current prediction control model when the system is stable is derived.The motor control system simulation model based on current prediction algorithm is built in Matlab/Simulink,and the correctness of theoretical derivation is verified by simulation.Furthermore,this paper adopts the model reference adaptive method to identify the motor,and uses the results of the identification to modify the motor parameters used in the prediction algorithm to obtain a PMSM current predictive control strategy based on parameter identification.A simulation model based on this strategy was built in Matlab / Simulink to verify the theoretical analysis.Finally,a software and hardware platform for a motor controller based on the TMS320F28335 chip is designed and manufactured in this article.Experiments such as current prediction control and motor parameter identification are performed on this platform.The correctness of the theoretical analysis and simulation results is verified through experiments.
