As the government attaches great importance to the new energy,the proportion of wind power generation in China's large-scale electrical power generation is rapidly increasing.Compared with thermal power and hydropower,wind power generation technology rises late,time of large-scale application is short.Because of the strict test condition of wind power equipment,large potential safety hazard and expensive maintenance charge,experimental teaching for modern win d power professional talents in colleges and universities and training for practitioner s of wind power related is not complete.In recent years,virtual simulation has become a hot trend of industrial development and learning.In view of the current trend of higher education,the wide application of virtual simulation experiment teaching is the general trend.Therefore,this paper builds a virtual simulation platform for wind power generation,which includes the following parts:Firstly,the wind power generation system MATLAB simulation model is designed.This paper based on the analysis of the latest wind power generation technology and virtual simulation technology's literature and data,summarize the mathematical model of the wind speed system,and based on the mathematical model,the wind speed system MATLAB Simulink simulation model is designed,then the waveform of the wind speed system simulation is analyzed.Using the wind turbine mathematical model and Simulink model library,the wind turbine model and generator model are designed,and the parts are integrated into the wind power generation system model.The model data interface is established and the MATLAB dynamic data link is generated,thus this model can be easily invoked by subsequent applications.Then,the PLC control system is designed.The structure of the PLC control system is designed,and Siemens PLC S7-1200 is selected as the control hardware and Portal software is selected as the programming software to write the PLC internal program.P LC main program is designed then.PID control method is adopted to control variable pitch system for upwind horizontal axis wind turbine,and the program of variable pitch control system is designed.The variable pitch angle,rotor speed and rotor angle under variable pitch control system are analyzed.The PLC yaw control system is designed to realize the function of automatic yaw and automatically cast loose,and the yaw input torque,yaw speed and yaw angle under the yaw control system are analyzed.And the prepared PLC control system program is downloaded to the PLC,in order to the use of communication.Finally,the virtual simulation platform of wind power generation is designed.Firstly,the structure of the virtual simulation platform of wind power generation is designed.3ds Max software is used to build the 3D model of the wind generator.Unity 3D engine development platform is used to build the external scene of the virtual simulation platform of wind power generation.In addition,the dynamic data link of the mathematical model of wind power generator generated by MATLAB is invoked by C# language,and the communication with PLC is established by the Prodave function library.In the end,the virtual simulation platform of the wind power generation is built.The results of virtual simulation platform are analyzed.
