Compared with other types of motors,permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM)have the advantages of high energy density,high efficiency,fast response,etc.,and are widely used in the field of electric drive.The physical position sensor is often used in the industrial field to determine the real-time position information of the rotor,but the installation of the sensor brings many problems to the system,such as high cost,poor anti-interference ability,complicated installation process,etc.,which limits the application field of the PMSM and reduces the application.system reliability.Therefore,research on sensorless PMSM control technology has very important practical significance.This paper firstly derives the conversion relationship between ABC coordinate system,?-? coordinate system and d-q coordinate system,at the same time,the mathematical model of PMSM is established based on three coordinate systems,and the voltage space vector SVPWM technology is selected as the control strategy.Aiming at the superiority of sliding mode variable structure control method,it is applied to the field of sensorless control.Secondly,the idea of sensorless control technology of sliding mode observer is expounded.Considering the high-frequency buffeting problem of the traditional sliding mode observer,this paper uses the adaptive sliding mode observer instead of the traditional sliding mode observer,sigmoid function to replace the traditional sign function and replace the traditional arc tangent function with the phase-locked loop to estimate the rotor position.The MATLAB model of PMSM speed control system based on adaptive sliding mode observer is built.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm are verified by simulation analysis.Compared with the traditional sliding mode observer,the results show that the speed control system can effectively suppress the sliding mode chattering,improve the estimation accuracy of the rotor position,and improve the robustness of the system.Finally,this paper builds the experimental platform of PMSM speed control system with TMS320F28335 as the control core,completes the debugging and writing of DSP software program,and experimentally verifies the proposed PMSM sensorless control system based on adaptive sliding mode observer.The system has good steady-state performance and dynamic performance,and the rotor position estimation deviation is small.
