Landscape Planning Of The Grape Leisure Resort In Dazeshan,Qingdao

At present,China’s tourism industry is transforming from a purely sightseeing tour to a comprehensive,all-regional tourism,which combines sightseeing,leisure and vacation.In this context,resorts throughout the country are blooming everywhere.How to combine the advantages of different projects at the base site and form distinctive features has become the key to the success of resort construction.The landscape planning design of the Daze mountain grape resort in Qingdao is one of such attempts.Daze mountain grape leisure resort landscape planning is a continuation of the master plan"Comprehensive Utilization Plan for the Abandoned Land of Daze Mountain.According to the characteristics of resources,mine site planning base grape range and the quarry area of forest resources,master plan locates it as wine leisure resort.This plan undertakes the master planning,analyzing and summarizing the base of mine,vegetation,hydrology and geology,using the literature and case research summary of brownfield remediation strategies in wasteland site based on the combination of local characteristics of high quality grapes,forest resources,landscape planning means,following the logical framework of "three themes,eight points,the eighteen theme park" to create a set of agricultural tourism,health resort,science education,wine storage and business meetings as one of the comprehensive characteristics of grape leisure resort to achieve land regeneration.The design of landscape planning of the theme leisure resort area should be further excavated and combined with the local advantage resources.It is difficult for the simple landscape transformation to realize the sustainable development of the resort area and it is also difficult for this plan to realize the return of the abandoned land’s value.
