UV curing technology is widely used in various fields due to its clean,high-efficiency and other characteristics.It has appeared and developed for half a century.In the field of decorative panels,UV-curing "Hyun crystal panels,are used as rising stars.It has the characteristics of low cost,short production cycle,environmental protection,and good decorative effect.Compared with traditional decorative panels,they have obvious advantages and huge potential for development.In the process of its production and processing,the light intensity of the UV light source is one of the important factors that directly affects the curing effect and then directly affects the cfecorative effect of the product.In actual production,UV light source aging,voltage fluctuations and other factors will produce a large deviation of the curing molding quality,affecting the production efficiency,but also caused a waste of energy.However,the industry lacks the importance of the concept of light source control,and the level of light source control has stagnated in the past.In view of this situation,this article introduces the development status and trend of UV light curing technology.Based on STM32,the hardware intensity and software are taken into account.The UV intensity monitoring and feedback control system is designed.After confirming the design scheme of the control system according to the requirements,the feasibility was proved through simulation experiments;finally,the feedback control system was connected to the UV light curing machine,and the adjustment ability of the system to the UV light source was determined by experiments to confirm the practicality of the design scheme.The main research contents and achievements of this article are as follows:First,based on the needs of the control system,the paraneters and selection basis of each hardware are given,and the hardware schematics of each part of the control system are designed.Including STM32 minimum system,sensor module design and touch screen module design.For the case that UV light source does not have an accurate mathematical model,this paper selects and designs a fuzzy PID controller.At the same time,based on the design of hardware and software in this paper,the model is built and checked in the simulation environment of Matlab/Simulink:comparing the detection value of the UV light intensity measured by the sensor and the UV light intensity setting value input by the touch screen at the same time,The deviation is calculated by the fuzzy PID controller and the control quantity is output and output.Finally,the ultraviolet light intensity and feedback control system are built with VEML6070 uv light chip and STM32 minimum system.In the experiment through the old system for light source with light curing machine control the contrast,this paper has been proved by the experimental data the designed control system can help to solve the UV curing light intensity in the process of the unstable problem.
