Research On Site Selection And Route Design Of Customized Bus Based On Platform Demand Data

With the rapid development of urban modernization and motorization,the number of residents'vehicle ownership has increased dramasticly in rencent years.As a result,the contradiction between traffic supply and demand is deteriorating.There are many Traffic jam,energy consumption,environmental pollution parking difficulty lyng in major cities of China.The development of public transport in many cities is still less than satisfactory.The problem of inconvenience,congestion and poor service quality is very prominent.Urban public transport is behind the competition with other types of transportation.The proportion of urban public transport has presented a decline trend.In order to respond with the demand of passenger and improve the competitiveness of public transportation,customized bus was born.Passengers'demand is collected by the customized bus through the online platform,so that the tailor-made travel services can be provided for passengers who have similar travel commencement point,travel time and service level.This customized bus service is equiped with the characteristics of door to door service,comfortable travel environment,fixed travel time and the right to use bus lanes,which can effectively attract the passengers from other types of transport.Seen as an efficient way to solve the urban traffic congestion problem,the customized bus has become the inevitable trend during the development of public transport.The concept as well as the organization and operation structure of the customized bus system is introduced firstly in this paper,with a comparation of the customized bus with the traditional public transport.The first part of this paper expounds the advantages of the operation service of the customized bus and the challenges faced by the current development,and puts forward the relevant principles of the customized bus line design.Secondly,the general methods of customized bus site location and line design is studed according to the characteristics of customized bus,including customized bus travel demand analysis,demand data clustering,site location based on node importance,line design model considered with mixed time window,improved differential evolutionary algorithm solution and other process.Finally,the line design method of customized bus proposed in this paper is verified by an example of Beijing.Based on the characteristics of passenger demand data in Custom bus,a cluster analysis theory of passenger demand data is proposed in this paper through the improved DBSCAN clustering algorithm,combined with the idea of node importance to locate the bus site,and to determine the alternative collection of bus site.At the same time,the design model of customized bus line is established from three angles of passenger travel benefit,bus enterprise operation benefit and time satisfying benefit society.Meanwhile,the improved differential evolution algorithm is constructed according to the characteristics of line design problem.Based on the collected passenger demand data,the customized bus line in the Guanzhuang-east Bridge area of Beijing is designed using the planning method and the design algorithm proposed in this paper.A comparison and analysis with the actual operation line is carried out to verify the rationality of the planning method and the effectiveness of the solution algorithm.
