The railway is the main artery for the rapid development of China's economy in recent years.Railway tracks are an important part of railway lines.Along with the continuous expansion of the scale of China's railway network,the high speed and heavy load of railway traffic,railway transportation puts higher requirements on the stability status of railway tracks.The composition of the railway track is complex,and the influencing factors of the track state and the types of diseases are diverse.The engineering department lacks tools for accurately judging the track condition,the maintenance mode is extensive,and the level of informationization is low,which makes it easy to produce "over-repair" and "under-repair" during the maintenance process.Therefore,it is necessary to study the decision support of railway track maintenance and provide efficient and effective railway track maintenance decision support tools for the public works department.This paper studies and constructs an intelligent decision support system for railway track maintenance based on expert system for ballast track,and realizes the auxiliary decision support for railway track maintenance.The main research work is as follows:(1)The demand analysis of the railway track maintenance intelligent decision support system was completed.It mainly includes business needs analysis,functional requirements analysis and data demand analysis.(2)The knowledge base design scheme of railway track maintenance intelligent decision support system is studied.The acquired track maintenance knowledge is sorted from the space dimension and equipment dimension,and the state evaluation items and related parameters of the track grid or each equipment component are summarized.The"frame + production" representation method is used to represent the track maintenance knowledge and is coded based on the CLIPS specification.Finally,the research established the composition of the system knowledge base.(3)The inference engine implementation scheme of the railway track maintenance intelligent decision support system is studied.Firstly,the rule representation method based on weight,threshold and credibility is used to represent the railway track maintenance rules.Secondly,the uncertainty reasoning algorithm is used to design the reasoning algorithm of the system inference engine to support the inference calculation of the system.Finally,the control strategy of the system inference engine is studied,including the reasoning method and the conflict resolution strategy.(4)The prototype system design,implementation and system verification of the railway track maintenance intelligent decision support system were completed.The design and implementation of the prototype system was completed,including the overall design of the prototype system,the detailed functional design,the database design,and the development and implementation of the system.The system verification was carried out using the work safety production data of the Lanzhou Railway Bureau.
