Research On Track Maintenance Assistant Decision Support System

Track is the basis of train operation.Track condition directly affects the safety of train operation.The main task of track maintenance is to ensure that track equipment is in a good state.With the continuous development of information technology,track maintenance system has gradually changed from "after repair","periodic repair" to"condition repair" and "preventive repair".It is of great significance to adopt preventive maintenance strategy for track to ensure the safety of train operation.In order to realize the management concept of "preventive maintenance" of track equipment,from the point of view of information system,this paper studies the problems related to the construction of track maintenance assistant decision support system.The main research work is as follows:(1)The current situation of computer-aided track maintenance at home and abroad is analyzed,and the related problems of building a track maintenance assistant decision support system oriented to "preventive maintenance" are put forward,and the relevant theoretical basis is studied.(2)Completed the system requirement analysis of track maintenance assistant decision support system,including business requirement analysis,function requirement analysis and data requirement analysis.(3)The core algorithms of track maintenance assistant for supporting "preventive maintenance" of track equipment are studied,including local track irregularity prediction algorithm for assistant decision-making for temporary maintenance of track equipment,overall track irregularity prediction algorithm for assistant decision-making for comprehensive maintenance of track equipment,life distribution modeling and prediction algorithm for assistant decision-making for repair of track equipment,and the prediction algorithm of maintenance cycle for track grid and components.(4)The system design of track maintenance assistant decision support system is carried out,including overall structure design,detailed function design and database design.(5)The system implementation of track maintenance assistant decision support system is completed,and the application of the system in Beijing Metro is introduced.
