| Urban rail transit has become the preferred way for people to travel due to its features such as large volume,punctuality,green and low carbon.As a vehicle for carrying passengers,the safety and comfort of urban rail transit vehicles is the most basic requirement.As a key part of the running gear of urban rail transit vehicle,the wheels carry the quality of the whole bogie and carriage.The surface state of wheels directly affects the safety and comfort of urban rail vehicles.In recent years,the wheels frequently out-of-round.Often,it is necessary to lose more tread thickness in the primary wheel for wheelset lathing,so that the life of the wheel is close to the scrapping limit too early.Also increases the cost of maintenance.This paper is based on the research project in 2015 of Beijing subway operation Co.,LTD,"Study on operation condition monitoring and maintenance decision of urban rail vehicles running at speeds of more than 100km/h"(project number:2015000501000004),to research a kind of intelligent diagnosis and maintenance strategy optimization technology of out-of-round wheels,which can find out the wheels out-of-round in time,and at the right time to take maintenance measures,improve the efficiency of the wheel repair,to reduce the maintenance cost,lengthen the service life of the wheels.This paper firstly introduces the formation mechanism,detection method and maintenance strategy of vehicle wheels out-of-round at home and abroad,and puts forward the research meaning of this paper.Secondly,this paper studies the intelligent diagnosis technology,including the mechanical fault diagnosis technology of generalized resonance and resonant demodulation,the signal feature analysis of out-of-round wheels and the diagnosis methods of out-of-round of tread surface,and according to the principle of the technology to form the intelligent diagnosis on-board monitoring system of out-of-round wheels.Then,this paper has studied condition maintenance and economic model of wheelset lathing,and proposed maintenance strategy optimization.Finally,through the application of the technology on the urban rail vehicles,realized the intelligent diagnosis of the out-of-round wheels of vehicles,grasped the occurrence and development trend of the out-of-round failures,and guide the maintenance of out-of-round wheels scientifically.The studies of the intelligent diagnosis and maintenance strategy optimization technology of out-of-round wheels belong to the leading domestic,can provide support for rail transit intelligent detection and repair,guide the maintenance scientifically,has wide application prospect. |
