Based on the experimental research and theoretical analysis of the planting reinforcement technology,this paper conducts a deeper experimental research,analysis and discussion on the bond-slip constitutive relationship of the interface failure of the planting structure.Through the precise target positioning of the research target,which is the bond-slip constitutive relationship of the interface of the implanted structure,a fine and careful test piece preparation plan and drawing test plan were designed.Through the coMParison test of 23 planting specimens and the average bond strength theory,the basic constitutive curve of the bond-slip of the interfacial structure of the planting bar structure related to the parameters of the planting bar was regressed.The parameters analyzed mainly include the relative depth of the implanted ribs,the thickness of the rin layer,and the cross-sectional shape of the steel bar.At the same time,the test also coMPares the drawing test of the reinforced concrete structure and the ordinary reinforced concrete structure under the same burying depth and the same steel bar diameter.Based on Abaqus,a developed finite element analysis software,this paper establishes a finite element model of the ribbed drawing with a solid layer unit and a double interface spring unit.Substituting the bond-slip constitutive curve of the implant interface obtained by the test and the average bond strength theory,the complete definition of the planting and drawing system in Abaqus was completed.The feasibility of this finite element model is first proved by coMParison with the test results of each group.The new model can be used to analyze the advantages of the influence of the rubber thickness parameters on the planting reinforcement,and the thickness of the rubber layer is analyzed separately.Finally,the distribution curve and position function of the bond stress on the rubber-adhesive interface were obtained by finite element software.Through the bond-slip basic constitutive curve obtained by the experiment and the bond stress position function obtained by the finite element software,the precise definition of the bond-slip constitutive curve of the rubber-mixed interface is completed.
