Research On Planning Strategy Of Establishing National Modern Agricultural Manor In Longkang Farm Of Anhui Province

In November 2016,the Ministry of Agriculture of the State Tourism Administration issued a notice on the organization of the creation of a national modern agricultural estate.Longkang Farm is the leader of the agricultural reclamation system in Anhui Province.In 2011,it became the "National Rural Comprehensive Reform Experimental Area." In 2013,it was approved by the National Agricultural Science and Technology Park.It has a good foundation and conditions for the establishment of a national modern agricultural estate.In July 2017,the establishment work was started.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and application value to study and discuss the planning of establishing a national modern agricultural estate on Longkang Farm.On the basis of combing the relevant theories,research and practical experience at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the connotation,basic characteristics and development characteristics of the country's modern agricultural manor.It is believed that the National modern agricultural estate and the "characteristic pastoral countryside" have great differences in terms of development concept,function orientation,planning layout,and characteristics;The scientific and technological,organizational,large-scale,standardized and modern agricultural equipment of modern agriculture,farmland management intelligence,and the characteristic culture of farming are the true colors of farming.Based on the in-depth analysis of the location conditions and special resources of Longyan Farm,it is considered that Longyan Farm has the feasibility to establish a national modern agricultural manor.However,there are also many deficiencies and development confusion.It is necessary to explore the strategic issues of its planning against the creation goals and future development needs.Therefore,according to the requirements of the establishment of the National modern agricultural manor,based on the current situation of Longkang Farm,with modern agriculture as the core,innovative agricultural brigade integration development.On the basis of summarizing the basic requirements and development mode of the establishment of the modern agricultural estate in China,the paper puts forward the orientation,goal and development direction of the creation.The strategy research is based on four aspects: industry,space,environment,and facilities: in theindustry,with the promotion of modern agriculture as the core,innovating the integration of multiple agricultural brigades,reflecting the true nature of farming,and creating leisure themes;In space,optimize the layout of modern agriculture,retain the local texture,and cultivate the complex space of agriculture and tourism to achieve the harmonious development of agriculture and tourism,agriculture and nature;In the environment,it highlights the style of farming,builds a large beauty pastoral area,continues the natural texture,optimizes the ecological landscape structure,and creates a leisure environment with the characteristics of farming;In terms of facilities,according to the demand for services and the status of farm facilities,the main means of sharing and co-construction is to implement the integrated organization of tourism service facilities and small town facilities,the coordinated construction of agricultural service facilities and tourism service facilities,and the organic combination of facility agriculture and tourism service nodes.
