The Planning Of Agricultural Manor Group Along Sancha River In Liupanshui

In the process of docking agricultural production and rural tourism,agricultural manor gradually emerges.In a certain range,the limited range of agricultural monor limits service range.In addition,due to the restrictions of geographical and tourist routes,agricultural manors are easy to be duplicated and simplified.Therefore taking the manor group as a whole,taking characteristic manor as individuals,diversified agricultural manor appears.It integrates the commonness and personality of several agricultural monors in the region and forms a whole.At present,the agricultural manor group lacks overall planning and is a mechanical group,it unable to meet the diversified needs of tourists.Therefore,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the agricultural manor group planning.Based on the theories of ecology,economics and tourism psychology,this paper adopts the methods of documentary induction,empirical summary and field research to guide the planning of agricultural manor group.The main research contents are as follows:firstly,the concept of agricultural manor group is defined,the types are summarized,and relevant theories are sorted out.Secondly,through the relevant theories and case studies,the planning objectives,principles,points and other content are discussed in depth,which forms the planning framework of agricultural manor group.It is proposed that the agricultural manor group should pay attention to the industrial integration among the various agricultural manors,and the farm manors within the agricultural manor group have their own characteristics,relatively independent,and heterogeneity complement each other to form a system.In the end,This paper uses the above theories and methods to complete the planning of the agricultural manor group along the Sanchahe River in Liupanshui City.Through the analysis of the natural resources,terrain conditions,and industrial status of the Sanchahehe River Base in Liupanshui City,the planning objectives,principles,concepts,construction planning structures,and estate types of the agricultural manor group were proposed.Planning a series of manors along the Sanchahe River in Liupanshui City.The overall layout is “One Belt,Two Hearts,Four Groups”.Through the creation of manor groups,core manors,auxiliary manors,and explosion spots,the organization of agricultural manors will be organized to form the entire manor group.Form a heterogeneous complementary whole.The planning of agricultural manor group along Sancha River in Liupanshui is required by the development of agricultural tourism in zhongshan district,which is recognized by the district government of Liupanshui.
