| Ports play an important role in the country or region,not only as a gateway to the country or region,but also as a transportation hub and trade center.It can be seen that the development of port logistics has an important influence on the development of the national economy.How to improve the port's capacity in the water and land transportation hub and improve logistics efficiency is a long-term problem.Specifically,it is to optimize port resource allocation,improve service capabilities and quality,and reduce logistics and transportation costs.As an important part of port logistics,the truck collection and distribution process is the key research object of this paper.For a long time,due to the opaque information of the port cargo market,the cargo resources and transportation resources of cargo owners and transportation companies lacked effective coordination,resulting in increased logistics costs and serious waste of social resources,which also seriously affected the process of efficient development of port truck collection and distribution.As a gathering point of a large amount of information and technology resources,the port constructing a capacity matching system to integrate cargo transportation needs and resources has become an inevitable trend.The system can provide optimal logistics service solutions for cargo owners and transportation companies,and improving the efficiency of port business.This paper cuts through the port truck collection and distribution business,and analyzes the existing practical problems to demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of constructing the capacity matching system.On the basis of fully considering the matching subject,namely the owner and the transportation company,the two-sided matching theory and trust theory are applied to the port capacity matching problem.By analyzing the characteristics and types of the capacity matching problem,the indicators that influence the matching decision are extracted,and the matching framework and research process are designed.Secondly,taking the cargo owner's trust problem to the transportation company as the research object,based on the trust theory of interpersonal society,combined with the characteristics of port cargo transportation,this paper proposes to construct an individual-level trust evaluation model,and designs a trust evaluation algorithm based on the analysis of trust influencing factors.And verify the validity and feasibility of the model through the design and implementation of the simulation experiment.Then the matching indicators are classified and the corresponding satisfaction calculation method is designed.The overall satisfaction of the cargo owner including the trust degree and the overall satisfaction of the transportation company are maximized,and the actual cargo transportation conditions and many-to-many matching characteristics of the port are adopted.For the constraint conditions,a trust-based capacity two-sided matching model is constructed and the corresponding optimization algorithm is designed.The design of the capacity matching scenario is simulated and the matching results are analyzed to verify the validity of the model and the applicability of the theory.Fmally,the design and development of the bulk cargo port truck collection and distribution capacity matching system is completed,and the interface display and interaction were completed,which made the model further applied.In this paper,the two-sided matching theory and the trust theory are applied to the capacity matching problem of the bulk cargo port It provides a new idea for solving the capacity matching problem and enriches the relevant theory of port capacity matching.The realization of the capacity matching system fully considers the actual demand of the matching subject,realizes the integration of high-quality resources and capacity integration,improves the optimal allocation of port logistics resources,and provides a reference and guide for the port enterprises to use as an intermediate node. |
