In recent years,China has gradually paid more and more attention to environmental protection issues.Among them,the reform of transportation mode has undoubtedly a great impact on the environment.In order to alleviate theadverse impact of our transportation structure on the environment,it was proposed and adopted at the executive meeting of the State Council of China in June 2018.The three-year action plan to promote the adjustment of the transport structure was proposed.In this plan,a strategic guideline for the promotion of the "transit to railway" of bulk cargo transportation was proposed.All or part of the coal and ore collection and transportation methods of the port prohibit diesel trucks,because they cannot adapt to the seasonal changes in the demand for bulk cargo transportation,which may lead to the risk of insufficient railway capacity.As a result,not only will highway and railway freight rates increase,but it may also affect the production of enterprises and the daily lives of consumers.Therefore,whether the port supply and demand are balanced is of great practical significance for improving the efficiency of port operations in my country and saving port resources.This article objectively analyzes the current situation of the supply and demand matching of bulk cargo transportation in the context of the "transit railway".On this basis,the following three aspects are studied:First,the correlation analysis method and the principal component analysis method are used to establish the inclusion of demand,supply and commonality.The three-dimensional factor evaluation evaluation system of port bulk cargo transportation supply and demand matching;the second is to build an optimized and improved port bulk cargo transportation supply and demand matching non-equilibrium evaluation model based on existing research;the third is through the evaluation of Tianjin from 2011 to 2018.Analysis of the actual operating data of the port,the research results show that the potential supply of bulk cargo transportation in Tianjin Port is always smaller than the potential demand from 2011 to 2018,indicating that it has been in a serious or light supply state,but the gap between supply and demand is gradually The reduction is more in line with the objective status of the actual operation of Tianjin Port.The research provides a reference basis for promoting the "transit railway" of bulk cargo transportation in the port,and provides a theoretical basis for proposing a reasonable and feasible capacity control policy.
