With the implementation of the "One belt and One road" initiative and the requirements of transformation and upgrading of enterprises in China,China's power construction projects have maintained a good development trend in the international market,and international engineering contracting projects have been increasing.In China's foreign contracted projects,electricity projects account for about 1/3,and some developing countries such as Bangladesh have such demand in recent years.With the rapid development of economy,there is a great demand for the rigidity of power infrastructure construction.Generally,in the actual operation of EPC project of international electric power construction,problems and uncertainties may be encountered in the three stages of design,procurement and construction,thus affecting the progress goal and construction efficiency of the whole project.Therefore,in order to ensure the realization of the project progress goal and reduce the risk of the project progress,project progress is indispensable in the whole project implementation process.Based on practical cases,this paper makes a thorough and systematic study on schedule risk management of EPC project in international power construction from three aspects:risk identification,risk analysis and evaluation,and risk response.The purpose of this study is to enhance the schedule risk management ability of EPC project in international power construction of Chinese enterprises and to improve the efficiency and benefit of project construction,with a view to providing follow-up related EPC projects in power plants and other international countries.The progress risk management of EPC project in infrastructure construction can provide some reference.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the paper summarizes the relevant concepts and theories,including the international EPC general contracting mode,schedule risk,schedule risk management process and risk identification and evaluation methods,which lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up study of schedule risk management system.Then,taking the EPC project of Bangladesh State Construction of Company A as an example,combined with the actual situation of the project,a risk assessment expert group was set up.The risk factors affecting the project progress were identified by Delphi method and brainstorming method,and a questionnaire of risk factors was compiled to identify the risks affecting the project progress in an all-round way.Theexperts scoring method was used to identify the risks affecting the project progress.The risk factors are analyzed qualitatively,and the priority level of progress risk factors is determined by PI risk assessment matrix.In view of the identified highest-level risk,Monte Carlo simulation quantitative analysis is carried out by Crystal Ball software to evaluate the completion probability of the project under the influence of the given highest-level risk factors,and sensitivity analysis is carried out.This paper applies PI risk matrix qualitative analysis and Monte-Carlo simulation quantitative analysis to schedule risk analysis of EPC project of international power construction,which is also the innovation of this paper.Finally,according to the actual situation of the EPC project in Bangladesh of Company A,the paper puts forward the risk countermeasures with strong pertinence and practicality for the key risk factors in the three stages of the project design,procurement and construction.
