Coordinated control is an important means to improve the efficiency of urban traffic operation in urban traffic control and management,and control sub-area division is the basis of coordinated control.How to accurately divide the control sub-area,fully exploit the intersections that can be coordinated and control,and clarify the type of intersection control?How to analyze the traffic demand of the divided control sub-areas to provide reference for the next step of coordinated control timing design?It is the key issue of this paper.Divide the control subarea.Previous research on the division of control sub-areas is based on the relevant mathematical methods and theories,combined with personal experience directly put forward the relevant model.The purpose of this paper is to establish a model by analyzing the traffic data that characterize the discreteness of the fleet.(1)Using Corel VideoStudio Pro X4,SPSS,Matlab and other software,combined with correlation analysis method and regression analysis method to analyze the data to construct the correlation model of adjacent intersections,and use the collected data to verify the reliability of the model.(2)The control sub-area division model combining intersection degree and road network module degree is proposed.The control sub-area division process is designed by analytic hierarchy process to obtain the optimal control sub-area division scheme.Control sub-zone demand analysis.Traffic demand analysis is the basis for coordinated control timing design.However,the content of current situation analysis to control the actual traffic demand of sub-districts has been neglected.Based on the idea of demand analysis in traffic assignment,this paper applies OD route flow assignment to demand analysis in control sub-area.(1)According to the principle of flow balance of road sections,the pre-processing method of intersection traffic obtained by research and investigation is studied.Considering the three aspects of estimating spatial order,equalizing flow distribution and traffic impact outside the road network,the traffic network and traffic trunk are respectively proposed.Turn to the flow estimation method.(2)Based on the flow balance of the road section,the OD path flow estimation method based on steering flow is proposed.The Dijkstra shortest path algorithm is written by Matlab to realize the calculation of OD path flow.(3)Three indicators for judging the effect of traffic flow estimation are proposed.The actual road network verifies that the balance calculation method from the center to the external calculation order and the impact on the traffic outside the road network is optimal.Compared with the existing calculation method,the OD path flow calculation result of the article research is closer to the actual situation,and the calculation method is better.Case verification.(1)Taking Gulou Street in Miyun District of Beijing as an example,SYNCHRO was used to optimize the timing design,and SimTraffic was used to evaluate the road network.The results verify that the new correlation model is reliable.It also verified the coordinated control of the sub-area partitioning scheme based on the new sub-area partitioning model,which significantly improved the overall traffic efficiency of the road network.The average delay of the intersection was reduced by 21.4%,the total number of stops was reduced by 9.62%,and the travel time was shortened by 8.75%..(2)OD path traffic application analysis.The VISSIM simulation is used to analyze the effects of coordinated control effects on the flow of different OD paths and the coordinated control of the turning path.The analysis results show that the OD path flow affects the coordinated control effect,and the coordinated control of the turning path for the coordinated phase can improve the traffic efficiency of the control sub-area.In practical application,corresponding timing schemes should be designed according to different OD path traffic.The research results provide new ideas for controlling the sub-zone timing optimization design,enrich the content of coordinated control,and enhance the scope of application of coordinated control.
