With the rapid development of economy and the rapid increase of the population,the urban space layout has been continuously adjusted,and residents' lives have become more and more frequent,which result in a rapid growth of the traffic demand.At present,traffic congestion in the city has become one of the problems that need to be solved urgently.Urban traffic congestion has led to increased travel costs and reduced living satisfaction,but also brought about energy consumption waste and environmental pollution and other issues.Therefore,scholars both at home and abroad use reasonable solutions to adopt to alleviate traffic congestion and effectively improve the capacity and efficiency of urban road network that have become one of the hot spots.From the point of view of practical engineering application,this paper studies the key path identification,sub-area division and signal coordination control methods in regional road network.Here,it puts forward the identification method of key path,divides sub-area reasonably based on characteristic matrix,and establishes the optimization model of signal coordination control by analyzing the queuing characteristics of coordinated intersection.In order to elaborate the main research contents of the paper more systematically,the paper is divided into five parts to describe in detail.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance of the paper,summarizes the research status of key path identification,control sub-area partition and signal coordination control at home and abroad,and elaborates the main research content and technical route of the paper.The second chapter is the identification algorithm of critical path,which analyzes the impact indicators of critical path selection from both static and dynamic perspectives,and proposes a method of obtaining critical path level by using wavelet transform and spectrum analysis technology.Chapter 3 is the method of dividing the signal control sub-area on the critical path.By considering the traffic correlation between intersections,the correlation matrix of adjacent intersections and the road-gateway connection matrix are constructed,and the method of dividing the signal control sub-area into matrix blocks is proposed.At the same time,the practicability and effectiveness of the method are verified by an example.Chapter 4 is the optimization model of signal control based on propagation dynamics.The vehicle operation characteristics at intersections are analyzed by using the theory of propagation dynamics.Three evolutionary processes ofvehicle queuing are analyzed,and an optimization model of coordinated control phase difference is proposed.The fifth chapter is the application and case analysis of the model.By taking the typical road network as the research object,it accurately identifies the critical path,divides the sub area reasonably,designs the optimized scheme of signal coordination control,and uses the VISSIM simulation to verify the control effect of the model.
