Due to the excessive use of non-renewable energy such as oil,natural gas and coal,energy exhaustion and serious environmental problems have been caused.Therefore,the development of renewable energy becomes particularly important.Among them,photovoltaic power generation has gradually become the main energy source in the world.Distribution network has more and more problems due to the large number of access to distributed photovoltaic and other distributed power sources.Therefore,it is necessary to study the impact of distributed photovoltaic access on distribution network and its optimal configuration.Firstly,this paper investigates the current situation of distributed photovoltaic access in Jiangxi,and makes a detailed analysis of the impact of distributed photovoltaic access to Jiangxi distribution network.With the further development of Jiangxi Photovoltaic Poverty Alleviation Project and the increasing capacity of distributed photovoltaic access,the voltage of distribution network in Jiangxi Station Area has been affected more and more,especially the high voltage at the outlet of the station area.High voltage will cause accidents such as wire burning,distribution transformer burning and electrical appliances burning,which will bring hidden dangers to the safety of power consumption of residents and the safe and reliable operation of distribution network.Therefore,this paper analyzes the mechanism of the effect of distributed photovoltaic grid-connected on the voltage of the distribution network,and analyzes the simple 10-node system as an example.The effects of distributed photovoltaic on the voltage distribution of the distribution network with different capacity,different grid-connected locations and different line parameters were studied.This paper analyzes the nature of the phenomenon of high voltage,and then based on the data analysis,proposes a method and calculation software for evaluating the maximum access to photovoltaic capacity in the station area,so as to curb the high voltage situation at the source of the photovoltaic access project.Thesoftware is developed based on EXCEL environment,and the validity of the software is verified by calculating a real case.Then,according to the proposed evaluation method,the actual voltage over-limit station area was revamped to improve the maximum accessible photovoltaic capacity.How to maximize the benefits of distributed photovoltaic access to distribution network is closely related to the optimal configuration of distributed photovoltaic.Considering the access of distributed photovoltaics,the voltage of Jiangxi distribution network is greatly affected.Therefore,this paper regards voltage deviation as one of the constraints,and takes economic indicators such as the minimum loss of distribution network and the minimum cost of purchasing electricity as the objective function.The cat swarm algorithm is first applied in the field of distributed photovoltaic optimal configuration,and the cat swarm algorithm is improved.The improved cat swarm algorithm is used to locate and size distributed photovoltaic cells.Taking the IEEE-33 node standard distribution network as an example,the rationality and effectiveness of the cat swarm algorithm are verified.
