The implementation of photovoltaic special poverty alleviation project in China’s poor rural areas not only responds to the call of the national development of new energy,but also speeds up the development and utilization of photovoltaic resources and infrastructure construction in rural areas,which is one of the important ways to achieve targeted poverty alleviation and promote rural revitalization.The implementation of photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects in poor areas not only meets the requirements of the national new energy development strategy,but also accelerates the development and utilization of photovoltaic resources and infrastructure construction in rural areas.It is one of the important ways to achieve targeted poverty alleviation and promote rural revitalization.The basic conditions of power grid in remote rural areas are generally weak.With the large-scale access of photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects to low-voltage rural distribution network,there are many problems,such as the lack of power grid carrying capacity,voltage fluctuation and network loss rising.Therefore,this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation and Analysis on the photovoltaic carrying capacity of rural distribution network,and optimizes the access location and capacity of poverty alleviation photovoltaic considering the operation safety and photovoltaic consumption capacity of rural distribution network.In this paper,the influence mechanism of distributed photovoltaic on voltage and line loss of rural distribution network is analyzed theoretically,and the simulation is carried out according to the actual parameters of typical lines.Aiming at the comprehensive evaluation of photovoltaic carrying capacity of rural distribution network,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of photovoltaic carrying capacity of rural distribution network from the aspects of power quality,power supply capacity and distributed photovoltaic grid connection characteristics.AHP and improved grey relational analysis are used to weight the indexes,The traditional comprehensive evaluation method is improved by using fuzzy mathematics theory to analyze the rationality and advantages and disadvantages of photovoltaic access scheme more scientifically and effectively.Aiming at the problem of photovoltaic location and capacity,this paper builds a24-hour distributed photovoltaic location and capacity model with the goal of minimum network loss,minimum static voltage stability index and minimum voltage deviation,defines the constraints,and uses the improved niche particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the established model.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed planning model and algorithm is verified by simulation of a rural distribution system in Chengde,Hebei Province.After obtaining the Pareto optimal solution set,that is,a variety of access schemes,the photovoltaic carrying capacity evaluation method in this paper is used to evaluate and score,so as to obtain the optimal access scheme and provide a reliable basis for the selection of the scheme.The results show that the reasonable selection of the location and capacity of distributed photovoltaic can improve the node voltage level and network loss of distribution network.
