Renewal Design Of Industrial Heritage Landscape Based On Urban Catalyst

With many energy-consuming industries and traditional manufacturing industries facing the fate of being eliminated and dismantled by the market,if they are rebuilt by conventional means,a series of ecological environment problems will arise.Therefore,citing the urban design method of "catalyst" here is not to negate the functions of industrial heritage,but to leave the feasibility part to rejuvenate the new vitality through structural restructuring.At present,China’s industrial heritage protection basically adopts the way of demolition and reconstruction,which to a certain extent makes the industrial heritage itself in an isolated and helpless state and makes it lack of substantive contact with the surrounding areas.This paper hopes to explore the methods and Strategies of renewal design of an industrial heritage through theoretical research on the concept of catalyst and brown land landscape,taking Jiangzhou Shipyard of Ruichang City as an example.With the implementation of the national policy of "retreating from two to three",a new breakthrough is sought from the perspective of urban renewal.Renewal can awaken the collective memory of the surrounding residents of landscape elements,make it a continuation and inheritance of the whole history,can awaken the memories of local residents,but also highlight the heavy sense of industrial civilization.Through consulting and collecting the principles,cases and field projects of industrial heritage renovation and design,the problems in practice of Jiangzhou Shipyard in Ruichang City are deeply analyzed and considered.Four effective strategies for industrial heritage renewal,design,reuse and development are studied through practice,including industrial heritage preservation strategy,ecological landscape environment strategy,building space combination strategy of site,IP strategy of literary tourism.
