Research On Space Environment Design Of Elderly Apartment Based On Environment-behavioral Relationship Theory

The present problem of the social population aging is more and more serious in our country,in the huge elderly population,old people who live alone accounted for the vast majority,but at present,the traditional family pension mode has certain limitation,its function facilities does not take into account the needs of the physiological and psychological behavior of the elderly.With the development of society and the rise of institutions such as elderly apartments,the pension model has become diversified.The elderly have a new demand for living space environment,and it has become a new choice for the elderly to live in pension institutions such as apartments for the aged.Therefore,how to deal with the relationship between the psychological behavior needs of the elderly and the space environment of the apartments for the elderly,and how to create a comfortable living space environment for the elderly has become a hot research topic.This topic to elderly apartment space environment design as the research object,based on the environment,behavior theory,analyzes the psychological needs of the elderly and exploratory summed up the relevant elderly apartment space environment design of the design strategy,and verified through the design practice of relevant strategies.First,this paper discusses the research background,research purpose,research significance,through analyzing the research status at home and abroad,points out the shortcomings of the present study points,and determined the research content and research framework.Second,through to the environment,behavior relation theory is discussed and analysis,summarized suitable for elderly apartment space environment design of the related theory,reveals the relationship between the environment,behavior theory and senile apartment space environment design.Third,through to the lanzhou static and elderly apartment space environment of the on-the-spot investigation,found and pointed out the deficiency of the current elderly apartment space environment design,and from the Angle of environment,behavior relation theory,explains the influence of the space environment for the elderly,and the elderly alzheimer’s apartment space environment for the manifestation of psychological needs and behavior characteristics in the elderly.Fourthly,based on the theory of environmental behavior--relationship,combined with the psychological needs and behavioral characteristics of the elderlygroup,this paper explores the relevant strategies for the spatial environment design of the elderly apartment.The strategy mainly includes spatial environment load,behavior constraint,adaptation level,spatial cognition and other aspects of design strategy.Fifth,in the final part,subject line according to the environment,for the relationship between related theory,combined with the relevant design specifications,theory combined with practice,the related design policy reference to the project practice of design,and verified the theory of strategy.
