Measuring vehicle fuel consumption of the main instrument chooses vehicle fuel consumption measuring instrument,its precision directly affects the important real car fuel consumption indicators.Existing vehicle fuel consumption measurement instrument calibration method mainly divided into the quality standard and capacity manual calibration,the calibration process is not only complex,and reading the error factors such as,the influence of environment and the time is too long,makes the uncertainty of calibration results data.In view of the above vehicle fuel consumption measurement instrument calibration device defects,according to the principle of balance quality standard and standard volumetric glass volumetric method,developed double with the type of vehicle fuel consumption measurement instrument calibration device,to realize the automatic calibration,rapidness and stylized,from the aspects of hardware and software equipment carry on the reasonable collocation,uncertainty in a reasonable range to improve the calibration efficiency.First of all,will be traced back to the school must device starts its benchmark,then use the same set of device for two different types of fuel consumption instrument calibration,and respectively compared the two groups of data,repeatability of error and uncertainty.From the data contrast to analyze the feasibility of the calibration device,the results to meet the requirement of accuracy,namely to ensure the vehicle fuel consumption measurement instrument calibration device the accuracy of the measurement results.
