In traditional construction sites, issues like severe pollution and high resource consumption occurring in the construction process of concrete structures cast in situ, could not have been more prominent.Under the circumstances,China constantly intensify the efforts in promoting building industrialization in recent years, and assembled precast concrete structures as a classical form of which have been widely popularized and applied during the process. This thesis combines the design methods of “equivalent cast-in-situ” for assembled precast concrete structures in present China,to summarize and investigate the following issues regarding assembled precast concrete structures:(1)Combining the structural design principle of “equivalent cast-in-place” of prefabricated concrete building and the design method using modular and modular combination, following the design principle of “less specifications and multiple combinations”,a comprehensive office in Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province The structural design of the building was carried out.YJK software was used to analyze the overall seismic performance of the engineering structure by elastic analysis, elastic time history analysis and static elastoplastic analysis. The analysis results show that the overall performance of the structure can meet the requirements of split prefabrication;(2)After the analysis of the overall structure performance,it is divided according to the distribution results of plastic hinges obtained from Pushower analysis. The method of prefabricated assembling and disassembling of beams, slabs and columns is proposed;(3)According to the existing regulations, combined with the characteristics of prefabricated components, the joints of various prefabricated components(stacked joints,beam-plate joints,beam-column joints)were analyzed and designed;(4)The ANSYS nonlinear finite element analysis software is used to compare and analyze the nodes in the same size of cast-in-place and fabricated cross-beams.The analysis results show that the fabricated beam-column joints enter the plasticfailure under the simulated seismic load. The front stiffness is smaller than that of the cast-in-place node, but its ductility and ultimate bearing capacity are higher than those of the cast-in-place node after the plastic failure due to the additional steel bars and mechanical sleeves in the joint region. In short,by combing the design processes of practical projects, this thesis summarizes the relevant principles and methods of structural design for assembled precast concrete buildings, and conducts a demonstration and evaluation of mechanical behavior of critical joints(prefabricated beam-column joints)via ANSYS finite element analysis software, all of which are serving as references to provide basis for similar engineering designs as well as theoretical research.
