Research On CIMC 5S Strategy Implementation Management Effectiveness

Internationally,the constant collision between multilateralism and free trade has triggered a radical change in the worldwide economic structure.Domestically,the economic growth rate has declined slightly but being revolution is the tendency.The national and international more opening markets have created much more opportunities for corporate growth and to go aboard.Currently,there are abound of good strategy for the Chinese enterprises to employ,while the problem lies in the lack of effective strategic implementation management mechanisms.Therefore,strategic implement management is a key factor in determining the ability of a company while come down to survival and expand.The worldwide uncertainty economy and the upgrading scientific have put forward new requirements for the development of traditional enterprises.Specific to the manufacturing industry,the downturn environment and the fluctuation industry cycle will enforce the company to face the new challenges.The subject of this case study selected CIMC as is a typical representative of the most diversified and globalized group enterprise,by analyzing their strategic implement management system to arrive at conclusion:the application of the 5S strategic execution system would effectively promote the construction,implementation,monitoring and execution of CIMC strategy,meanwhile,contribute to the improvement of the Group's operating performance.For the group companies,it is a reference system that capable to help enhance the efficiency implementation of the group's corporate strategy.This paper applied three method including case analysis?grounded theory qualitative analysis and questionnaire survey.Taking CIMC Group's strategic implement system as object case and based on the research of 5S strategy implement management system,studied the validity conditions of the group's strategic execution management trough qualitative analysis,then extracted five common factors that affecting the group's strategy implement by working out the category refinement and model construction.Finally,verified the result by the questionnaire outcome.The conclusions are:(1)5S strategy implementation system is aimed at the effective development and embodiment of group organization's diversification and globalization strategy;(2)By using the classic balanced scorecard as the benchmarking tool,5S can effectively cover the financial?the learn and growth perspective.Also,5S are capable to bring off the efficiency implementation of the group strategy by managing the whole procedure;(3)The mutually working for the five components of 5S are a must,the synergy of each mechanism can promote the positive interaction between the group and their sector enterprises.
